I was laying out the cones for today\u2019s beatdown and they scared the crap out of me as I was running around. Brunch to follow.<\/li>\n<li>F3 Softball at Washington Park on July 26<sup>th<\/sup> from 3:00 PM \u2013 5:00 PM<\/li>\n<li>Be open to going outside of the normal AO\u2019s to Q and lets all support F3 Winston-Salem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prayer Requests<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Praise for Spicoli\u2019s son who is having a great time at camp this summer<\/li>\n<li>For the unspoken prayers and for the men and women who are struggling physically, mentally, and emotionally that they may reach out for all the support they need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>nmm<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lamb Chop was all business today. He got there early, stretched out, told me about the 10,000 birds in the trees (which I quickly learned about prior to him saying something), and at each station just told me to \u201cStart the clock already\u201d. Lamb Chop has also ran more this week than he has all of his F3 career (his words). Great work today Lamb Chop.<\/li>\n<li>Spicoli shared some wisdom with YHC about how to properly do a Carolina Dry Dock (its not easy if you haven\u2019t learned the correct technique). He was also very kind to treat YHC to a Banana Pie Latte that our guy Schlitz says is the best (its pretty good actually). Spicoli also taught me today that if you tell Spaghetti Park that you are a part of F3, you get a % off your order. Spicoli \u2013 you\u2019re the man! You got good things going over there at UA.<\/li>\n<li>Superfly \u2013 Quiet today but doesn\u2019t mean he wasn\u2019t working. Superfly is an inspiration and a beast out there in the gloom. I don\u2019t think he even broke a sweat honestly. Thanks for coming out Superfly!<\/li>\n<li>Tammy was working hard today. Another guy out there who puts in the work and makes it look easy. Tammy might have his 2.0 come out to softball on the 26<sup>th<\/sup> and said he is going to track down every fly ball in the outfield and throw everyone out at the plate\u2026.be ready to lace up those cleats, or shoes, come July 26<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Wobegon was rockin\u2019 the Sleeveless Friday look today (YHC totally forgot it was sleeveless Friday) and completed beasted the beatdown. I think he is getting in concert mode for this evening where he is going to a new concert location in Boone that is throwing their first ever concert\u2026\u2026oh and its apparently one of the loudest bands out there. I guess you can say that venue is opening with a bang! Have fun Wobegon!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Coffee afterwards was a great time to chat and enjoy some fellowship. A moth flew into YHC face and birds were throwing bird seed at us from the apartment above, but we had a great time.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you for letting me lead Spicoli.
