YHC had developed this very cool, fun, and creative beatdown about; actually, not going to mention it, keeping it for another time. However, he was thwarted by the rain forecast and actually raining when he woke up, but his resolve to fully work the entire body of the PAX was still intact.<\/p>\n

Finished all sets with seconds to spare. I think everyone loved Arms the best, especially the Derkins. This was a very tough beatdown and YHC had to encourage all the PAX, multiple times, that a third of the time they weren\u2019t doing anything so it\u2019s not that hard. Also, it\u2019s only 20 seconds.<\/p>\n

Site Q Slowpitch utilized the new cooldown showers, but no one used the fresh water fountains. They do in fact work very well.<\/p>\n
