I think we did Freddie Mercs, Muttons, Penguins, H2H, and a couple others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM &#8211; <\/strong>YHC started out on a EC run that was cut short by natural causes. Thankful for the F45ers unlocking the door to the semi-public restrooms. Lamb Chop showed up and wondered if we&#8217;d have a big crowd due to most people having the day off for the holiday. Turnover had given a SC with a caveat that he was popping the top on a fine locally brewed beverage around 10:30 pm the night before, but he pulled through. Lots of encouraging and enlightening conversation around fatherhood and picky eaters. Lamb Chop had to roll out but YHC &amp; TO walked up to meet BAM for coffeeteria at DeBeen post-CoT, which was delightful.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Announcements &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Convergence (checks calendar) three days ago.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CoT &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>Prayers for Lamb Chop&#8217;s brother in law, that he may know Christ.
