{"id":27051,"date":"2026-07-02T10:27:22","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T14:27:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=27051"},"modified":"2026-07-02T10:27:35","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T14:27:35","slug":"27051","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2026\/07\/27051\/","title":{"rendered":"Florida Loop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Florida Loop \u2013 If you look at Jamison Park (Mayhem AO) from the satellite, it resembles the state of Florida sort of.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-27052\" src=\"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Florida-Loop-Mayhem-300x192.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"516\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Florida-Loop-Mayhem-300x192.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Florida-Loop-Mayhem.jpg 556w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 516px) 100vw, 516px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is a .34-mile loop which we PAX affectionately call \u201cThe Hill to Nowhere\u201d but I disagree with that.\u00a0 This needs to be called \u201cThe Hill of Pain\u201d or \u201cThe Hill Enlightenment\u201d. \u00a0\u00a0Either way, it felt like Florida with the crazy levels of humidity.\u00a0 So here we go.<\/p>\n<p>Start at bottom of paved track.\u00a0 Each exercise x 20 reps, run to top of hill, 5 Burpees, run around and close the loop, as many rounds as possible in the 45-minute time.<\/p>\n<p>The Thang:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Merkins<\/li>\n<li>American Hammers<\/li>\n<li>Low Flutters<\/li>\n<li>Jump Squats<\/li>\n<li>Mike Tysons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Done.<\/p>\n<p>NMM:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Glad to have Rudolph back in the saddle. I had been EH\u2019ing him for quite some time, so this goes to show you that persistence pays off.<\/li>\n<li>Zima has no gear but fast and does not quit. I had to take a day on Monday after the trail run\/ruck, but he just goes non-stop<\/li>\n<li>Rollback and Zephyr led the way with what I believe was 7 rounds<\/li>\n<li>Hugo is a stud and our war-daddy. Hugo and I rucked for the Sunday outing.<\/li>\n<li>Schlitz and I hung together on the last 3 rounds talking about life, and how there is no cure for it with small children.
