It has been a minute since I have gotten tapped to Q Flatline.\u00a0 I was not sure what to do but I knew I wanted to do something different.\u00a0 Many of you don\u2019t know but my office is on the top floor of the Truliant Tower (Formerly Winston Tower) downtown Winston Salem.\u00a0 So here we go.<\/p>\n
We assembled in the parking lot.\u00a0 SSH and the mosey to the corner.\u00a0 We did a series of Merkins, Squats, Lunges, and Burpees at the various street corners.\u00a0 The cars passing by must have thought we had been on drugs.<\/p>\n
Then we take a detour to the Tower.\u00a0 Trying to not trigger the security guard whom I had advised we may be there and don\u2019t call the cops on us, we entered the stairwell.<\/p>\n
All I have to say is 26 Floors is a lot of steps.\u00a0 Once we got to the top, I brought the PAX into the Duck\u2019s Command and Control Center.\u00a0 Looked around out the spartan environment and we went back down.\u00a0 We finished this way faster than I thought and let me just say that Lamb Chop, Bootsie and our NanTan Frostbite are beasts.\u00a0 Wobegon and myself were just trying to keep up.<\/p>\n
Once exiting we mosey\u2019d back to a couple more corners and came back to launch for Mary.<\/p>\n
This was a humid but solid beatdown.\u00a0 Thank you for the opportunity to lead.<\/p>\n
