Pax were instructed to run the loop repeato, take your recoveries whenever you want.\u00a0 Return to the park at 0615.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Prayer Requests:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hitman\u2019s father John.<\/li>\n<li>Families at Mount Tabor and Jefferson Middle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>NMM:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>YHC had been digging deep in the archives for some throwback ideas. Lo and behold, on August 5<sup>th<\/sup>, 2019, Mongoose led Speedtrap (RIP) in a loop around the hills of West End (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2019\/08\/speed-trap-sucks-no-wait-it-rocks\/\">https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2019\/08\/speed-trap-sucks-no-wait-it-rocks\/<\/a>).\u00a0 YHC isn\u2019t that brave, sadistic, or in shape, so a modification was in order.\u00a0 YHC \u201cfound\u201d the PV, Summit, BT, and Jersey loop which seemed perfect.<\/li>\n<li>Pinky and Interference led the way all morning. YHC and Interference briefly discussed gardening when YHC could gasp some air.\u00a0 Pinky ran a sub-8:00 pace at Salem Lake on Saturday and relayed Opie\u2019s Houston Iron Man achievement.<\/li>\n<li>Chomper and Woodpecker rucked with lots of weight.<\/li>\n<li>Bevo miraculously kept his HR below 225 bpm.<\/li>\n<li>Zephyr is rounding into Bourbon Chase shape, 5.5 months early.<\/li>\n<li>Wink, Balco, Hitman, and Bueller stayed together and did not appear fazed.
