As he asked for demonstration. \ud83d\ude02 I demonstrated skipping, and emphasized that hands are held low and extended out like a little girl. It is DORA after all. \ud83e\udd28 It was fun. Next was 200 squats, partner still skipping. Last was 300 merkins, movement was jogging forward to tree, then backwards to return to partner. (For the literal-minded among us, there were no flips. The flip was doing the merkins last instead of first. Ok, Zima?!)<\/p>\n
Next to basketball court for a Box of Silly Walks: \u00a0Q calls everyone over to the wrong side of the court, still wheezing from the merkins. Corrected myself and asked Pax to line up on the end line, and the confusion began. \u201cEnd line?\u201d \u00a0Toy soldier walk to other end line. Then tried to herd the cats to line up on the side line to complete the 2nd side of the Box with Crab Walk across the court. Tricep cramp for YHC halfway across but genuine concern from Palin cured me and talked me through it. \ud83d\udc99 Now the Pax has the Box concept locked in and lines up on the end line and we lungewalk the length of the court. Last side of the Box was Crawl Bear butt first across the court. Then to the pull-up bars. Four rounds of 10 pull-ups and 20 bench dips. (Spotted Greenspan doing standing dips, which I thought about calling but decided they\u2019re too hard. Beast!)<\/p>\n
Headed back towards Start, but along the way there\u2019s a perfect wall for about 25 feet of Wall Ball Crawl. Heard \u201cI don\u2019t do that\u201d discussion but I was upside down and face to the wall so not sure who has to return their participation trophies \ud83e\udd37\u200d\u2642\ufe0f\ud83d\ude02. Had 9 minutes of Mary. We did a bunch of Mutton Crunch, Lo flutter, LBC, Big T for Taxes (it\u2019s ok, Pony doesn\u2019t read Backblasts). \u00a0Asked Greenspan how much time left, he said 2 1\/2 minutes, and while I was thinking about when to do our Huck merkins, he just started doing dive bombers. \u00a0Soon to regret that a little. I called for plank position as we were waiting to get our Huck merkins done. Three HM later, DONE.<\/p>\n

This was a great group of HIM. Plenty of MC and laughs. Chisel, Boomerang and YHC were the pair of 3 for Dora. As Chisel and I were skipping, I said his patients would be impressed if he shared that he was skipping this morning. He said \u201cthey could probably do better skipping \u201c Maybe true since he\u2019s a pediatrician, but he\u2019s actually good at it. \ud83d\ude04 All put in hard work for what I hoped was a tough workout.
