We kept it moving and discussed a WIDE variety of topics that I never thought would come up at 5:30 AM but here we are.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warmup: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abe vigota, whirley with a clap, Michael Phelps<\/p>\n<p>Active warmup \u2013 4 corners in the parking lot (SSH, Imperial Walkers, Hillbillies, Toy Soldiers) and finish with a lap around the parking lot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The thang:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After some stretchie stretch and an active warmup, the PAX made their way to the parking garage. Once entered:<\/p>\n<p>Level 1 \u2013 10 merkins, 20 squats, 30 LBC\u2019s run to Level 2<br \/>\nLevel 2 \u2013 15 merkins, 25 squats, 35 LBC\u2019s run to Level 3<br \/>\nLevel 3 \u2013 20 merkins, 30 squats, 40 LBC\u2019s<\/p>\n<p>The PAX stayed on level 3 for furthering the beatdown.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Burpee Bear Crawl Pyramid <\/u><\/strong>\u2013 Up the pyramid<br \/>\n10 burpees then bear skipping 1 parking space then 9 burpees\u2026.repeat to 1 then run and touch the wall.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Squat Lunges<\/u><\/strong><u> \u2013 <\/u>Down the pyramid<br \/>\n10 squats then lunge walk skipping 1 parking space then 9 squats\u2026.repeat to 1 then run and touch the railing.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>DORA turned Keep It Moving <\/u><\/strong>(didn\u2019t have an even number of PAX)<br \/>\n100 Flutter kicks<br \/>\n100 Plank Shoulder Taps<br \/>\n100 Carolina Dry Docks<\/p>\n<p>4 sets of 25 for each. After the set, run across the parking garage, touch the wall, do another set of 25 and run back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Announcements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>YHC has MayHIM tomorrow (February 25<sup>th<\/sup>) \u2013 Bring a chair, bring a mug and bring an open mind.<\/li>\n<li>Lamb Chop has plenty of discussion topics if anyone needs any.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prayers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gogh\u2019s daughter had a little procedure done that has taken longer to recover from and she is going back to school today. Prayer\u2019s over getting back to school, grades, and for Van.Gogh and his M to provide the best support.<\/li>\n<li>Lamb Chops former colleague has Stage 4 colon cancer so prayers over her and having a support system around her and for her to be comfortable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>nmm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is where things get interesting. Mostly because Lamp Chop provided us all with a WIDE range of topics. Maybe I should put the disclaimer out there of some things said and outlined below are NSFW.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As we were doing the Burpee Bear Crawl pyramid, Lamb Chop brought up FUPA\u2019s, cutting skin, and how he needs advice on an anniversary gift for his M who doesn\u2019t drink coffee.<\/li>\n<li>Drip being in the medical field, I couldn\u2019t tell if he was enjoying the FUPA and skin cutting talk but he listened and smiled to Lamb Chop as he always does. Drip\u2019s motto should be \u201cSmile and wave boys, just smile and wave.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>I got to talk to Bootsie a little bit before Warm o Rama and learned he lives walking distance to Flatline (how nice!). Then he proceeded to tell me that Florida State (my sweatshirt) sucks and couldn\u2019t handle this type of weather, but NY (my hat) can. I made up the part about him telling me Florida State sucks but maybe he was thinking it.<\/li>\n<li>Gogh and I were a short distance away from the FUPA talk but VG threw in some input here and there. He was also talking about how he hits the gym (pshhh guy goes inside to workout) when he isn\u2019t posting at F3 (showoff!). I made an IT joke with my fellow IT friend about the sketchy QR code on a post in the parking garage and how it\u2019s probably good for our devices to scan (I advise against this!).<\/li>\n<li>Had a good chat with VG and Lamb Chop towards the end about how I got my F3 name and Lamb Chop proceeded to brag to VG and I about how he played sports in high school and was always the MVP\u2026\u2026..for the other team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank y\u2019all for letting me lead today.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It was a fun morning at Flatline.
