This morning sucked. Getting out of bed sucked, the EC run sucked, the wind sucks an the tears in my eyes from the wind sucked. Other than that was wonderful.<\/p>\n
EC run-I ran as hard as I could for a mile ish and then turned around and did intervals. Sprint uphill and walk down hill.<\/p>\n

The rep counts were 50,30,10 for everything.<\/p>\n
50 curls, rifle carry two parking spots, 30 curls, parking spots, 10 curls and do a lap. Followed up with goblet squats and lbcs all with your block. At the end of your 10 count rep you take a lap return to your block and murder bunny back to starting line.

I had a whole playlist of metal hut with one song added \u201cpink pony club\u201d. Playlist was on shuffle, however when that song comes on everyone has to gather around the music and do burpees for the entire three minutes. That\u2019s why it was named Russian roulette.<\/p>\n
anyways-we didn\u2019t do most of this workout due to everyone complaining about the cold ass winds. So we moved to a different spot with no wind but also no parking lot. So huge modifications.<\/p>\n
Tammy showed up like a creature in the night. None of us could tell if it was him or not but were totally prepared to sacrifice Drip due to his gimp knee. It was Tammy and drip is still with us.<\/p>\n
I know the conditions made it trash to be out in, but I\u2019m glad the conversation more than made up for it. Tammy I\u2019ll be back in the spring. Cheers dudes!<\/p>\n
