We did so individually but came together at the end to battle as a team. Here is how it went down.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warmup:<br \/>\n<\/strong>0530: Side straddle hops, whirley with a clap, Michael Phelps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The thang:<br \/>\n<u>0535 \u2013 0605 \u2013 You vs You \u2013 15 reps each \u2013 With a coupon<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Goblet Squats<\/li>\n<li>Overhear Press<\/li>\n<li>Curls<\/li>\n<li>Bent Over Rows<\/li>\n<li>Merkins<\/li>\n<li>Tricep Extensions<\/li>\n<li>Coupon Swings<\/li>\n<li>Man Makers (10) \u2013 Blockie + Row + Thruster<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After round 1 \u2013 50 yard sprint, there and back<br \/>\nAfter round 2 \u2013 2 50 yard sprints, there and back + there and back<br \/>\nKeep adding 1 there and back sprint per finished round<\/p>\n<p><strong>The kicker <\/strong>\u2013 5-minute EMOM \u2013 Murder Bunnies with your coupon 25 yards and rifle carry back.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>0605 \u2013 0614 \u2013 Team vs Team<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>Each team carries \u201cThe Bitch\u201d (60 pound ruck) and Tonka\u2019s 60 pounds of rocks 50 yards and back<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Everyone must carry the ruck sack<\/li>\n<li>Can communicate help if you need a second person to help<\/li>\n<li>If at any point it touches the ground \u2013 5 burpees for that team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When you didn\u2019t have either of the ruck sacks, lunge walking with your team for 50 yards and back<\/p>\n<p>For the team waiting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20 WWII\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>20 LBC\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>20 Freddie Mercury\u2019s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>0614 \u2013 0615 \u2013 The Finisher<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>Everyone back on the line and sprint as hard as you can for 50 yards and back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Announcements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adobe has the Q at Alcatraz tomorrow.<\/li>\n<li>Sea-Man has the Q at VI on Monday<\/li>\n<li>Spartan race in Charlotte coming up. F3 has a code to get a really good deal\/discount. Get with Rollback if you are interested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prayers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For those men who don\u2019t know F3 be lead to come out and ask questions.<\/li>\n<li>Health, safety, leadership and guidance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>nmm<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Q (YHC) gets very wordy sometimes (as you can tell by my backblasts) so people get lost in the fluff. Cruiser, mid Man Makers, asked some clarifying questions for YHC. The impressive part here is that the Man Makers weren\u2019t hard enough to bring Cruiser down!<\/li>\n<li>Rubber Ducky loves him some Western Front! Perfect leadership to be Site Q. Pumped up the crowd on Wednesday for Western Front, probably did on Thursday and asked me if I wanted \u201cThe Bitch\u201d all week. Oh, and he was a man on a mission this morning.<\/li>\n<li>Rollback, I think at one point he said \u201cI hate you\u201d to YHC but not sure why because Rollback lead everyone in rounds completed and made today look easy. Must have been those murder bunnies.<\/li>\n<li>I didn\u2019t hear much mumble chatter from Zephyr today. I was further away but the silent assassin did what he did best, making something difficult look super easy.<\/li>\n<li>Wahoo was also a little further away from where YHC was huffing and puffing but I think he liked Enter Sandman during the last sprint (the finisher). Wahoo is super-fast BTW. Don\u2019t challenge him to a sprinting competition!<\/li>\n<li>Draftee ran into the Western Front like a man on a mission. It didn\u2019t stop after the run though. He was a man on a mission throughout the beatdown and still had the energy to run home!<\/li>\n<li>You can\u2019t be called Tonka if you aren\u2019t made of steel. That\u2019s it, that\u2019s all. The guy is made of steel, and nothing can bring him down.<\/li>\n<li>Nelly and Adobe were chatting away, making the beatdown look like it was a Sunday morning stroll. They were talking about shirts, Adobe\u2019s skills and everything under the sun (well, clouds and fog today). I also learned that Nelly\u2019s daughter\u2019s birthday is February 29<sup>th<\/sup>, how cool.<\/li>\n<li>Sea-Man and Singing Cowboy knocked out 4+ miles for BBBC so I didn\u2019t get to hear them chatting, but I bet they had a great conversation as they explored Lewisville.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thank y\u2019all for letting me lead today.
