usual Monday in the usual place.\u00a0 Just like back in 2014, 9 pax posted (although only 2 of us posted both in 2014 and 2026).\u00a0 Speaking of VI #Redwoods, we also had the special privilege of The Triumphant Return of @Butter, after what we figured out was a 6-year hiatus.\u00a0 @Butter&#8217;sHair has not yet made an appearance as the 21 degree temperature forced @Butter&#8217;sHair to be covered fully by a hat.\u00a0 @Slowpitch and @Zephyr got in an EC run beforehand and several pax (@Tonka, @Slowpitch, @Zephyr and @BlindDate) strapped on the weight vest.\u00a0 YHC, knowing what we me:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 Plank Jacks<\/li>\n<li>Didn&#8217;t have time for the other other 11 gifts this round<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Run back to launch<\/p>\n<p><strong>COT\/BOM:<\/strong>\u00a0 YHC took us out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FIN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>#Cobains for running us 1 min and 28 secs over.\u00a0 As @Burlap pointed out, YHC&#8217;s technical difficulties during Warm-O-Rama probably cost us most of that 88 seconds.\u00a0 Oh well.<\/p>\n<p>Truly awesome to have @Butter back in our midst after a long hiatus.\u00a0 He&#8217;s still got it.<\/p>\n<p>The weight vest crowd hung in there quite well.\u00a0 YHC was glad to have left his at home.<\/p>\n<p>We got in 1.68 miles, a boatload of reps, 2.2 aerobic score and 2.5 anaerobic score on the Garmin for an overall &#8220;Primary Benefit&#8221; of &#8220;Sprint (Anaerobic).\u00a0 A great start to our Monday and our week.<\/p>\n<p>Our #WarBaby @Tonka also informed us that today is the 8th anniversary of his first F3WS post at #UrbanAssault.\u00a0 We determined that back then @Tonka was 22 years old, was only 5&#8217;2&#8221; tall (it was before his growth spurt once he hit puberty).\u00a0 #Tclaps to @Slowpitch for remembering this juicy tidbit from the workout.<\/p>\n<p>@Tonka also made several good guesses as to the playlist theme, including all songs having 12 letters, all artists having 12
