Blairs x 2. Then run back up the ramp and accumulate 25 reps of each of the following.\u00a0 If the timer goes off in the middle of an exercise, pick back up on the rep count when you return.\n<ul>\n<li>Burpees, Squats, H2H, Dive Bombers, Lunges (DC), Low Flutters (DC), Carolina Dry Docks, Side Lunges (DC), Alabama Glute Bridges, Diamond Merkins, Star Jumps, Hillbillies (DC), Merkins, R(omanian)DLs (DC), Toe Touches, WMDs, Lt. The pax were treated to new details on the dresser drawer that TO and his M keep their <u>shared<\/u> leggings in.<\/li>\n<li>Thistle Counting accusations were launched amongst the pax, which led to YHC asking Root Canal if he had talked with the dearly departed pax of yore. \u201cNo, he\u2019s ghosting me.\u201d\u00a0 Thistle, if you\u2019re reading this, call RC.<\/li>\n<li>Star Jumps are tough when you start piling them up.<\/li>\n<li>Neither Chisel nor Tammy uttered a word all morning, but they were out front.<\/li>\n<li>There was a strong coffeeteria showing afterwards at DeBeen where the conversation included the heat that meteorologists are taking for being so wrong, so consistently, and local legend Lanie Pope\u2019s clap back on Facebook. Rumor is there\u2019s a photo of her with a younger Schlitz wearing short shorts (Schlitz, not LP) floating around somewhere.<\/li>\n<li>Burns\u2019s favorite movie is Monsters, Inc, and he texted a screenshot of the weather this morning of \u201c23 degrees, feels like 19 degrees\u201d. 2319 is code in Monsters Inc \u201cto indicate that a monster has come into contact with a human object, specifically a white sock, which is considered a contamination. This humorous scene highlights the monsters&#8217; irrational fears about human items, symbolizing misunderstandings between different worlds.\u201d\u00a0 The more you know.\u00a0 Quote was AI-generated.<\/li>\n<li>Upon hearing the instructions, Wobegon sagely asked, \u201cAre you sure about this?\u201d Wobey was so happy to be out and about with more seasoned guys after a week\u2019s worth of absorption of adolescent attitude, angst, and 6-7 mania.<\/li>\n<li>The great calligrapher Palin critiqued the similarities of YHC\u2019s \u201cD\u201ds and \u201cO\u201ds on the weinke, asking why lunges, low flutters, and other exercises had \u201cOC\u201d written beside them. \u201cDid those exercises get imported from California [the OC]?\u00a0 What was the tariff on those transactions?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Most pax worked their way through the weinke up to the WMDs at which point some pax appeared to die and others appeared to lose the ability to read the cardboard (must by YHC\u2019s calligraphy again).<\/li>\n<li>As we were exiting the deck to return to launch (ca: 6:09), Spicoli entered the deck which goes to show that it\u2019s never too late to show up for a workout (unless it\u2019s after 6:15). Great to have him join us for the final minutes of the morning.<\/li>\n<li>Post-COT, there was a verbal altercation at Bailey Park between an F43 member parked in a no-parking zone and a truck driver.
