12 Years!\u00a0 12 Years ago, this crazy, insane, and wonderful thing started here in Winston-Salem.\u00a0 To celebrate, 61 Pax, including 4 FNGs gathered in the wet mess to celebrate!<\/p>\n
At 6 am or so, the rain was really coming down.\u00a0 Why does it seem that our anniversary beatdowns always have the most “interesting” weather.\u00a0 I guess to remind us of the third core principle.<\/p>\n
At 7 am, we gathered in the underwater field just adjacent to the parking lot.\u00a0 Frostbite provided the mission statement and core principles, and it was time to go!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Wobegon led the Warm O Rama with the obligatory SSH.\u00a0 TBH, there was so much splashing and mud splattering around, it was difficult to count.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We had some Whirlys, arm swirly things, seal Claps, mountain climbers, parker peters and peter parkers.\u00a0 Maybe some merkins?<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Pax then counted off by threes.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The 1s went with Frostbite to education hill.<\/p>\n
The 2s went with Wobegon to the track<\/p>\n
The 3s went with YHC to the intimidator.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Each group would stay at each station for 12 minutes and then rotate to the next station.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Education Hill – 12s!!\u00a0 Carolina Dry Docks and Wojo squats<\/p>\n
Track\u00a0 – Squat-Flutters.<\/p>\n
12 Mountain Climbers<\/p>\n
12 Shoulder Taps<\/p>\n
Run half the track<\/p>\n
12 low flutters<\/p>\n
12 penguin crunches<\/p>\n
Repeato, decreasing reps by 1<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Intimidator<\/p>\n
Partner up for DORA<\/p>\n
100 merkins<\/p>\n
200 Squats<\/p>\n
300 LBCs<\/p>\n
Other partner run up to the first stop sign and back<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
With about three minutes left we all gathered for some MARY (led by YHC)<\/p>\n
LCS, Mutton Crunches, Penguin Crunches, Low Flutters and Full Body Destroyers<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
TIME!!!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
NMM<\/p>\n
Despite the forecast, the rain held off….mostly.<\/p>\n
Amazing to see so many Pax out to support each other and this thing called F3.<\/p>\n

Coffee was had at BlueSteel’s place.\u00a0 Ink Spot made an appearance!\u00a0 For YHC it was the first time seeing Goofy and Spicoli since returning.<\/p>\n
