in hospice care at the end of her life.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NMM:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amazing morning.\u00a0 YHC had eyed this spot for a while as a potential WIB spot and finally pulled the trigger.\u00a0 Despite the thorough pre-blast, YHC brought\u00a0 a weinke and tossed it in the parking lot as a reminder of the exercises.\u00a0 More on that (the weinke) later.<\/li>\n<li>Smallish crowd made for excellent second F.\u00a0 Frostbite, though, was mentioned as being conspicuously absent.\u00a0 Pax:\u00a0 &#8220;Doesn&#8217;t he live around the corner?&#8221;\u00a0 YHC:\u00a0 &#8220;Yeah, but he&#8217;s got a puppy.&#8221;\u00a0 Pax:\u00a0 &#8220;Doesn&#8217;t the puppy need morning walks?&#8221;\u00a0 YHC:\u00a0 &#8220;ehhhhh&#8230;.&#8221;\n<ul>\n<li>YHC had EHed several of the Conspirators at Hanes Park yesterday, but not one of them was able to make it out this morning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Cruiser is looking forward to some absurd adventure races (think 12-16 hour races).\u00a0 He was overstating how far away he is from preparedness.<\/li>\n<li>Zephyr loves a new adventure.\u00a0 He got out of his vehicle, took a look around the parking lot, and said, &#8220;This is a great parking lot for WIB!&#8221;\u00a0 Ha!\u00a0 We should use it for that sometime&#8230;if we are allowed back.<\/li>\n<li>Van Gogh was hooked by the proximity of the (temporary) AO to his house.\u00a0 Perfect.\u00a0 His chest and calves each grew three sizes larger today with all of the dive bombers and hills, so he can skip his weights at lunchtime.<\/li>\n<li>All in all, we concluded that we had run somewhere between 2.1 and 3.5 miles.\u00a0 YHC called it &#8220;3+ with 400 feet of elevation gain&#8221;.\u00a0 It&#8217;d be great if Apple and Garmin could combine the functionalities of their various wrist products to produce a device that dependably tells you the distance and elevation gain of a bootcamp workout.\u00a0 Couple that with 75 reps of each exercise + 35 burpees, and it was a decent morning.<\/li>\n<li>About that weinke YHC had tossed into the parking lot.\u00a0 Around 0900 this morning, YHC got a call from an unknown number.\u00a0 Upon looking at the transcription of the VM, it became clear that Forsyth Tech campus police was looking for someone who had a left a threatening portion of an Amazon cardboard box in the parking lot.\u00a0 YHC, having backed into the space, had his tags ran and was contacted.\n<ul>\n<li>Officer:\u00a0 &#8220;Do you know anything about a box that was left in the parking lot this morning.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>YHC:\u00a0 &#8220;Oh, yes, sir.\u00a0 I do.\u00a0 I&#8217;m so sorry I left it there.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Officer:\u00a0 &#8220;Well, the folks here are pretty nervous about some of the things written on\u00a0 it.\u00a0 &#8216;Dive Bombers&#8217;, &#8216;American Hammers&#8217;.\u00a0 And it has today&#8217;s date on it.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>YHC:\u00a0 &#8220;Yes, sir.\u00a0 I&#8217;m so sorry.\u00a0 We started a workout in your parking lot this morning, and I left it there by accident.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Officer:\u00a0 &#8220;Is this a military thing?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>YHC:\u00a0 &#8220;Oh, no, sir.\u00a0 I&#8217;m part of a men&#8217;s workout group.\u00a0 We have workouts all over the area at 0530 each morning.\u00a0 This morning is the WIB, &#8216;workout in a box&#8217;, workout, and it moves around each week.\u00a0 I led this morning, and chose Forsyth Tech&#8217;s parking lot as a starting point.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Officer:\u00a0 &#8220;So, there was nothing threatening on the box?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>YHC:\u00a0 &#8220;No, sir&#8230;at least not to the people at Forsyth Tech.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Officer:\u00a0 &#8220;&#8230;.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>YHC:\u00a0 &#8220;That was a joke&#8230;.sir.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Officer:\u00a0 &#8220;What do you want me to do with your box?&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>YHC:\u00a0 &#8220;Oh, you can just toss in the trash.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t need it.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Officer:\u00a0 &#8220;Okay&#8230;.thank you for your time.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>YHC:\u00a0 &#8220;Yes, sir.\u00a0 I&#8217;m
