YHC felt the PAX were in need of some hard-charging music after last week’s offerings.\u00a0 Thus, they were treated to Clutch, Drowning Pool, Filter, Kid Rock (sorry, had to), Korn, Megadeth, NIN, Priestess, Seven Mary Three, Smashing Pumpkins and System of a Down.\u00a0 #Spicoliapproved<\/p>\n

You can see above the Tabata we did.\u00a0 Each exercise was 25 seconds, then 10 seconds rest.\u00a0 Did each set of 3 exercises twice and made it through #7.\u00a0 40 Merkins were completed for those interested.\u00a0 Between groups of 3, the PAX ran various places, around 1.5 miles total.<\/p>\n
