21 Pax showed up for the lasted edition of The Original DashPax Wednesday Boot Camp. The generous crowd kept the Q guessing as most everyone rolled in with only a min or two to spare, but all good!<\/p>\n
FNG Barney was provided a disclaimer of sorts and told that we were all glad to meet him. Our warmup was a simple jog up to the first stop sign on The Intimidator then cut over to the right. We stopped for a whistle and 10 merkins. There would be many more whistles and sets of 10 merkins of various types in order to satisfy Patch\u2019s followers and their daily Benjamin requirements.<\/p>\n
Then down to the circle at the base of The Intimidator for more warm up exercises. We did SSH, Arm Swirly Things, IST, more Merkins and even Finger Wigglers to honor the Mayhem Pax.<\/p>\n
Down to the track. 800m run interrupted by a whistle and some merkins. Over to the backboard area, newly resurfaced, for People\u2019s Donkey Balls x2.<\/p>\n
Out to the foggy field for partner pull-ups and up and unders. The CLT Pax asked for a double 10 count and were obliged by their stronger, more fit and gracious DashPax.<\/p>\n
Up to the Railing for a classic set of Over\/Under\/Through with planking before and after. Down to the tennis court benches to finish the merkin requirements and to add some dips too.<\/p>\n
Time killer of 400m run called for. Short Mary and then Mr. Hand lead us in a Yoga-lite stretching session to cool it all down. <\/p>\n

Was awesome to have the big crowd, a new face and new friends from CLT in attendance. This F3 thing might just catch on!<\/p>\n
The CLT guys really seemed to enjoy the constant ribbing about Inspections and being double agents.<\/p>\n
Everyone wanted to get a chance to partner with Swiss Miss, but only two did.<\/p>\n
FNG Barney is so named because he\u2019s the neighbor of Breaker. Barney is like Rubbel. He went to Marshall and was the Center on the football team. Go Sports! Great to have him out and looking forward to seeing him again.<\/p>\n
Chisel and JarJar are awesome at just doing some hard work.<\/p>\n
Glazer\u2019s thighs weren\u2019t quite 90 degrees to his lower legs, but he still did a good job.<\/p>\n
Cheerio slept in today and did not post.<\/p>\n
Poor Cherry Pie, he tries hard to keep up though.<\/p>\n
