YHC has a special place in my heart for #Conspiracy. Such a great AO and one I was a SiteQ for a year. This AO also happens to be regularly attended by some whom remain nameless, are prone to run their mouths for the duration of the beatdown. Supposedly, it is a sign of being in shape being able to talk while working out the whole time.<\/p>\n
YHC devised a plan, sent out some EHs (to no avail), and ensured everyone’s got their money’s worth.<\/p>\n
@Schlitz and @Palin got an extra 3 miles in beforehand #Strong.<\/p>\n
That only was their warmup – both physically and talkatively.<\/p>\n
Here is how it went:<\/p>\n

We took the scenic route up the Intimidator – had to show @Mohican this hill.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Upon arrival at the intersection of Pilot View and Carolina, YHC laid out the plan.<\/p>\n There would be a timer for 4 minutes. Every time the timer went off, #PAX were instructed to run up Pilot View up to Jersey and 2 burpees and return to Carolina.<\/p>\n At intersection, we had a circuit of:<\/p>\n 25 SSH<\/p>\n 50 Merkins<\/p>\n 75 Squats<\/p>\n 100 Freddie Mercs (SC)<\/p>\n When timer would go off, stop where you are, run, and upon returning pick up where you left off. Rinse and Repeat.<\/p>\n This was fun and quickly squashed any MC. We were either too busy counting or catching our breath.<\/p>\n We did 6 rounds of this.<\/p>\n The Thang 2:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Mosey on home. Strong work, men!<\/p>\n NMM:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n @Drip dressed like it was 20 degrees out. Quickly sheded all layers revealing a body builder’s body underneath all the layers<\/p>\n @Greenspan knew what was coming after conversing with him last night. He still showed up and got his work in with hardly any complaints.<\/p>\n @Zesty loves Pilot View. I mean absolutely loves it. He may even visit there next week when he has the Q.<\/p>\n @Schlitz hated the workout. Don’t know why but he’s going to crush the Mistletoe coming up in a few weeks. Think of this as some good training!<\/p>\n @Palin – hm, I think he thistle counted the whole time. @Drip was his counter.<\/p>\n @Mohican posted for the 2nd time in a week! Dude is crushing it. Still says “it’s not as bad as I thought it was going to be.” Low blow to YHC and @Greenspan. Guess we gotta be better.<\/p>\n @Spicoli was out front all morning. He was also on time much to everyone’s surprise. And he posted last night! #BEAST. @Spicoli also tried to give me some education on the lexicon. A good reminder!<\/p>\n @Palin’s M’s middle name is the same as @Mohican’s M’s first name. So, you never know what you learn out there in the gloom!<\/p>\n @Turnover was a no show even after the EH…. probably was too cold this AM at a balmy 48.<\/p>\n Announcements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Thanksgiving Convergence at TRQ.
