Today\u2019s routes passed my old apartment in College Village as well as the corner where I wrecked my bicycle, which then led to me to meet my wife.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The Thang:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">OG: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapmyrun.com\/routes\/view\/6650895575\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/www.mapmyrun.com\/routes\/view\/6650895575\/<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tractor: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapmyrun.com\/routes\/view\/6650898028\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/www.mapmyrun.com\/routes\/view\/6650898028\/<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Chomper and I mostly ran together (when I could keep up). He got to hear me huff and puff my way through the story of my bike wreck and how that led to meeting my wife at a Cracker Barrel in Kansas. It&#8217;s a story for another time.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Announcements<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Coffee at DeBeen and Lunch Bunch at Bailey Park was *checks watch* several hours ago. Hope you had a blast!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">-GreenNest is tomorrow morning and there\u2019s a rumor that Starfish is providing Chick fil A. (Disclaimer: The previous sentence was the first time he has heard of it)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Prayers<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">-Leanne (Rollback\u2019s wife) is having complications post-shoulder surgery<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Naked Man Moleskin<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Resistor<\/strong> is a big van of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=lOzAiDlJGp8\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Deep V<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, whether a white undershirt or his running vest<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I was very grateful that <strong>Chomper<\/strong> slowed down for me today so I could run my tempo pace (aka his normal pace). Also, you\u2019ve NEVER heard of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/artist\/0jJNGWrpjGIHUdTTJiIYeB?si=ja9FGzCiS6WRaeECVGFDBQ\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Wallflowers<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">??<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Speaking of The Wallflowers, they are playing at the Ramkat tonight. Come join <strong>Beverly<\/strong> and I and party like it\u2019s 1996!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Lemming<\/strong> claims he needs a 2 minute head start, but I think he\u2019s being modest, he looked strong out there today!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Woodpecker<\/strong> is an invaluable accountability partner, helping me to make sure I show up for a (or with a) ride every Friday. Remember when you stood me up like 3 times in a row?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I heard a rumor that <strong>Tax Break<\/strong> just ran Chicago in like 2.5 hours. He was back out today and crushed, again!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Great seeing <strong>Airbag<\/strong> out today &#8211; first time I\u2019ve posted with him in a while. He joined <strong>BooBoo<\/strong> and <strong>Crash<\/strong> on the Tractor route.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Balco<\/strong> and <strong>Interference<\/strong> allegedly were there this morning, though they both had to start\/leave early. Hate I missed you, though I basically miss you each week when you blow by me.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Schlitz<\/strong> ran in from DeBeen, ran the whole OG route, and threw up somewhere along the way yet didn\u2019t look any worse for wear at the end. Strong work! Aren\u2019t you training for Mistletoe?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Palin<\/strong> joined Schlitz (on the OG part, not the vomiting part)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Grateful for <strong>Juicebox<\/strong> and his friendship over the years. Glad to have a space each week where I can share real s*** with someone.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thanks for the keys, Chomper!
