However, YHC had an alternative plan, which was announced in the preblast for any Regulars who are sometimes tardy and find us on the normal lap.<\/p>\n<p>R on Sunset Dr<br \/>\nR on Glade St<br \/>\nR on Hawthorne Rd<br \/>\nL on Overbrook Ave<br \/>\nR on Lynwood Ave<br \/>\nL on Northwest Blvd<br \/>\nR on W 1st St to just past Willow Valley Center for Nursing<br \/>\nL into the Drive to the parking deck<br \/>\nL in the Parking Deck to venture to the bottom level<\/p>\n<p>The warm-o-rama was completed for just over 1 mile for a warm-up. Notice how I included Dr, St, Rd, Ave, and Blvd by accident :-).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>The Thang<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fast pace <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">up<\/span> one parking deck level (you vs you &#8211; No injuries)<br \/>\n10 Count<br \/>\nNext level<br \/>\n10 Count<br \/>\nNext level<br \/>\n10 Count<br \/>\nAll 7 Pax had the opportunity for the 10 count. He has seen the backblast from TIT indicating Yunus didn&#8217;t get enough so he threw down 20 extra burpees after the workout. YHC was expecting Taxbreak speed. Yunus was fast, but he&#8217;s an Aye rather than a Hate Hate with blazing speed like Taxbreak.<\/li>\n<li>The regulars threw a temper tantrum and attempted a soft mutiny by having a detour on the warm-up lap, but the team held it together.<\/li>\n<li>Most were not impressed with the hills in the warm-up lap<\/li>\n<li>A little moaning about the parking deck&#8212;to warm outside for the parking deck<\/li>\n<li>The Pax stayed together going up and down the parking deck. Some used extra thrusters depending on the rep -looking at you Doublewide&#8212;YHC wasn&#8217;t sure you were going to stop.\n<ul>\n<li>Hitman counted in Spanish<\/li>\n<li>Yunus counted in Ukrainian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Yunus is an &#8217;88 Mt. Tabor graduate&#8230;Wooly Buggar too, but a few short years later than &#8217;88<\/li>\n<li>Lemming has become a Regular at Redline, and we are better for it. #nicework<\/li>\n<li>Suede is the positive connector at every AO he attends. Hitman, Suede, and Doublewide had some catching up to do during the warm-o-rama and almost got left.<\/li>\n<li>Hitman is always pushing the limits &#8211; last 200M and he is yelling Let&#8217;s Go!<\/li>\n<li>Wooly Buggar &amp; Yunus were pushing the speed in the front all morning long<\/li>\n<li>Missed the Redline Regulars: Balco (Phillies game?) and Winklevoss<\/li>\n<li>Nice work men&#8212;always a blessing to join you for a run in the gloom<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thanks for the keys to the best Tuesday running workout in the Dash @Wooly Buggar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>YHC had the privilege to lead a strong group of men this morning at Redline.
