YHC is not the most creative of our pax. So the date became the workout plan: \u00a09 IC of everything in Warmarama, 25 of most everything else. The usual crowd shuffled in on this damp but clear September morning and after a little chitchat we got to work. My usual Warmarama with 9 IC of SSH, Imp Walkers, Hillbillies, AV, Whirlies, arm circles, Mike Phelps, squats. Then to the parking lot in front of Speas. At each of the 5 islands, we did 25 merkins. Modes of transport were lunge walk, toy soldier walk, skipping, and side straddle walk.
\nThen to playground pull-up bars for 5 rounds of 5 pull-ups, 25 squats, 25 WWII\u2019s, 25 wide merkins. Then rocks: 25 reps each of curls, SC, BO rows, OH press, rinse and repeat. Then to wall for 2 minute wall sit and about 20 feet of Wall Ball Crawl. Head back to start for a quick Mary: \u00a025 IC lo flutter then Mutton crunch. Q attempted Huck merkins but just heard a chorus of \u201c6:16!!\u201d so none of those. \ud83d\ude04 Done<\/p>\n

Had a great time with this bunch of HIM. \u00a0Roundup was out front all morning. \u00a0Superfly had beautiful merkin form. \u00a0Boomerang was quieter than usual but that\u2019s my fault since we counted to 25 a lot. \u00a0Enjoyed chatting with D-Day on our way homes. \u00a0Strong work by all. \u00a0Some of you young\u2019uns ought to join us more often. \u00a0\ud83d\ude05 All respects today.
\nBoomerang took us out with a beautiful prayer mentioning aging parents and family members, teachers and students and our schools, and asking for help to be the Men He wants us to be.<\/p>\n
Just a wonderful morning with good F3 friends. \u00a0Leaving this Saturday for 4 weeks at the beach so will see guys with F3 Carterico. \u00a0Y\u2019all behave while the War Daddy is out of town. \u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
