YHC made it out to Flatline this AM – great #AO and have missed it during my Ragnar training. YHC kept the workout pretty simple and knew many of the regulars would be knocking out IPC Week 2 at #TheSpeakeasy<\/p>\n

3 was the magic number and away we went. YHC texted @Spicoli telling him of our location, but there was no sign of life coming from the guy in the headband.<\/p>\n

B<\/strong>urpees x 50<\/p>\n O<\/strong>HClap x 100<\/p>\n M<\/strong>erkins x 150<\/p>\n B<\/strong>ig Boy Sit Ups x 200<\/p>\n S<\/strong>quats x 250<\/p>\n Partner 1 was to do reps while Partner 2 ran up the hill to Spring St. Flapjack.<\/p>\n Since there were only 3 of us, and we wanted to keep the MC alive and popping, we decided to OMAHA to just doing 2 rounds (2 runs up the hill per PAX) after the Overhead Claps.<\/p>\n This was some good time and allowed everyone to catch up.\u00a0 During this time, @LC and YHC reminisce on the glory days of childhood and attending First Pres and @LC wanted to check out the new parking lot…<\/p>\n YHC obliged but first we moseyed on over to the amphitheater!<\/p>\n 5 Layers of Dip<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 10 dips x Irkins<\/p>\n 10 dips x 10 Squatty Pottys<\/p>\n 10 dips x 10 Derkins<\/p>\n 10 dips x 10 Monkey Humpers<\/p>\n 10 dips x 10 HR Merkins<\/p>\n Mosey to said new parking lot.
