YHC loaded up blocks, and drove the truck over there before the Murph, so we\u2019d be all ready to go\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For those who don\u2019t know, the challenge from YHC this year has been dubbed\u00a0 \u201c<\/span><b>20&#215;25<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, with 20 sets of 25 reps. There will be at least 10 throughout the year. There will be a cool prize for those who attend <\/span><b>3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or more this year. This was the 8th iteration. And it went a little something like this.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Warm-o-rama<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mission Statement \/ Core Principles!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SSH x 25 IC<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stretchy Stretch<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mosey .5 miles to West Forsyth bus lot<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The Thang<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get a block from the truck<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">20 x 25s<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exercises<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gas pumps x 25<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thrusters x 25<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jump over burpees x 25<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Curls x 25<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After each exercise, mosey back to line zero, bear crawl to block, then push block to next line<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After completing all 4 exercises, reset bear crawl distance. Mosey to start, and back to new starting line.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repeat set 5 times.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Return blocks<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mosey back to start<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Mary:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">American Hammer x 25IC<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>CoT:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prayers for our schools, thanks for our teachers!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>NMM:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Well this ended up being a snotwoggler\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bad start with the Activity bus loading up the West Cross Country team on their way to a meet at 7am. Luckily, YHC knows the CC\/Track coach, and was able to apologize for being in their way and causing some confusion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The traffic caused some delay, but overall, we were still able to execute the plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, a big TCLAPS to our triple hates Muscle Dragon, Jolly Rancher, and White Claw who doubled down with the Murph and Bootcamp, and did their best even when clearly exhausted toward the end of the boot camp. I hope their Dad\u2019s (Zima and Rubber Ducky) got them some donuts or money or something as a treat afterward, they earned it!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong crew for the Murph. Bullwinkle was there pushing through some back issues. He has some nerve ablation coming up Friday we will be praying for him about.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Great to have Cruiser back out for the Murph, since he\u2019s not doing a Spartan, he hasn\u2019t been as regular, but his form looks just as strong as ever.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Speaking of good form, Hawkeye continues to impress with impeccable form at the Murph. Weather is getting cooler so he\u2019s not showing off his chiseled abs as much any more\u2026 He\u2019s been at it with us all summer now!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Came back to the parking lot just to see Spicoli and Adobe doing their own thing. They just missed us heading over to West\u2026 I thought the AI art was a big enough clue, and they said they went over there, but behind the school in the bus lot was just out of sight! They may or may have just been doing burpees the whole time. Glad they had each other though!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Great to see Palin out at Alcatraz! He kept our FNG, Second City, in good company. who got his name for being from Chicago and doing improv. He really gave it his all this morning, and I owe him a beer for making his first F3 workout so brutal.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crash hung over near my side during the beatdown and did well enough not to curse my name too much. YHC told him that my M (who works at Crash\u2019s company) complimented him on a great meeting just the day prior. #Leadership<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drip joined us just as we were leaving the parking lot, so he only had the run to warm up. No injuries reported, and after his spill at Flatline Tuesday, he looked in perfectly good health all things considered!\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subfloor didn\u2019t seem to mind me stealing all of the blocks and bringing them over to West, so long as I assured him that I\u2019d be returning them, which I did! I even added to of my own into the pile by accident\u2026 where they still remain. I may or may not take them back. :shrug:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During COT Huckleberry said, \u201cHey what\u2019s with the emphasis on 25?\u201d Bro, it\u2019s my 8th 20&#215;25 beatdown, you gotta post more! We are better when you are with us!
