Extended WoR: DB drills on the bus lot lines. Drill one – run forward, shuffle sideways, backpedal back, shuffle sideways, etc. Drill two – side shuffle, run forward, side shuffle other direction, etc. Drill three – repeato drill 2 but karaoke.<\/p>\n
The thang, pt 1: grab a rock. I used this sequence a couple weeks ago at Launchpad and it was effective, so I recycled it.<\/p>\n
Start with 5, then add 5 each round up to sets of 20.<\/p>\n
The thang, pt 2: more line drills. mosey to the launch spot. starting at the curb, lunge walk one parking space and do one squat, jog back. Lunge walk 2 spaces, do 2 squats, jog back. All the way up to 10. Calf raises for the six, then 15 more calf raises OYO. Repeato the sequence but sub bearcrawls and merkins. Ran out of time so we went back to the launch for Mary by committee – made it around the circle two times.<\/p>\n NMM – strong work from a small and mighty crew. Lots of lines in that parking lot. YHC, Brittani, and Transcript thought it might just be the three of us until we saw a familiar white-capped SUV coming around the roundabout.
