YHC was greeted with a beautiful, starlit morning walking over to #TheDistillery from the estate (or lack of) this morning! \u00a0As we gathered up, it was clear that this was going to be a record morning PAX wise with 8 men attempting to understand YHC’s woeful explanation of route instructions. \u00a0YHC didn’t put out a pre-blast (thanks Sour Mash for covering that!) or a turn-by-turn list so the sheep were afraid of going astray, but in the end everyone made it back to the pasture.

\nThere was another but YHC did not have an electronic device handy to record.

\nYHC not only botched the pre-blast, but also botched Name-o-rama, too.\u00a0 Clearly YHC procrastinated the planning of this run!

\nMany t-claps to Spamalot for rolling in like The Vig with some Gatorade.\u00a0 Tasted especially refreshing after that run and my 2.1 thoroughly enjoyed the end of it when she spotted it!

\nThere was discussion that this may have been an attendance record for #BBBC.\u00a0 #BBBC has come a long way as Sour Mash remarked that this started as intervals around a track and has transitioned to this point.\u00a0 YHC concurs with the masses and powers that be that we\u2019ll leave the 4.5-7.5 mile routes to the #Tractors and #OGs and that #BBBC will focus on the 2-4 mile routes in the Clemmons metroplex.\u00a0 YHC also thinks there\u2019s room for track work (Redline lite) in future workouts to work on speed, but it is also nice to just run too.
\n
\nT-claps and many thanks go especially to Fingers, Drama Queen, and Wobegon for pushing YHC to set running records.\u00a0 YHC has been hanging around 12+ minute miles and ran an average of 11:05 this morning.\u00a0 It\u2019s not #BRR level yet, but YHC\u2019s goal is to run #BRR legs next year in sub 10 minute averages.
\n
\nHeard some MC this morning in regards to the many turns and then heard more climbing the one fairly large incline.\u00a0 Some of the MC was probably internal but there was some spoken as well.\u00a0 I\u2019ll take MC as a compliment.
\n
\nFingers hates the Beatles now; however, his phone has found an affection for them and constantly reminded him of that with every song it chose.
\n
\nDrama Queen is a #HIM and led a workout in Chicago this week.\u00a0 #jealous
\n
\nSchneider has come so far since YHC first met him.\u00a0 He is turning more and more into a beast every day and I expect to see him continuing the push to get better.\u00a0 The physical changes you and Sour Mash have made are just incredible, t-claps to you both.

\nWobegon and Spamalot shared a moment talking about a band YHC has no knowledge of, but YHC doesn\u2019t get out much.\u00a0 Based on Wobegon and Spam\u2019s personalities, YHC thinks this would be a good band to invest time into listening.
