YHC is a Tractor at best. Redline is above my paygrade. But when Chomper asked, YHC said yes and kind of forgot about it till Sunday night.<\/p>\n

Not being a regular to this particular AO or format, I did what anyone would do in the year-of-our-Lord 2025: feed 8 Redline backblasts into Notebook LM and ask for a new workout.<\/p>\n

With a few clicks and some edits we have the following. Which was certified by the outgoing Site Q, the 2nd F Q and, for good measure, the man himself, Forstbite. It went like this:<\/p>\n

  1. Begin with a <\/span>clockwise mosey around Hanes Park to get the blood moving and heart rate up.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Conclude the warm-up at the <\/span>base of the Intimidator.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. From the Intimidator base, give it all you got up to <\/span>Jersey Street, and recover down<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Mosey back down to the track.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. 400m at a strong pace, 200m recovery jog X2<\/li>\n
  6. Mosey back to the base of the Intimidator and repeat-O till 0615<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Three rounds done.<\/p>\n

    Such a solid group of guys, mumble chatter and encouragement was elite and, not going to lie, not only did the Q not pass out, it was more fun than I thought. Who knows, maybe I’ll give it another shot at some point.<\/p>\n
