{"id":2539,"date":"2017-09-14T16:39:07","date_gmt":"2017-09-14T20:39:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/?p=2539"},"modified":"2017-09-14T16:39:07","modified_gmt":"2017-09-14T20:39:07","slug":"wheres-wib-this-week-q-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.f3winstonsalem.com\/f3\/2017\/09\/wheres-wib-this-week-q-opportunity\/","title":{"rendered":"Where&#8217;s WIB this week? = Q Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Don&#8217;t inquire about a beat down happening if you are in question, unless you are ready to Q it. \u00a0Especially tough when your Site Q doesn&#8217;t even show up for your last minute Q &#8211; his absence brought back many bad memories for me from being stood up at my high school prom. \u00a0Years of therapy all down the drain.<\/li>\n<li>So I thought about an easy WIB, but my basic manhood was aggressively called into question by a PAX who shall remain nameless (~&#8221;Merry Sky&#8221;)<\/li>\n<li>I also needed a workout that limited the Q calling out cadence since my skills in that area have been called into question (Need more therapy)<\/li>\n<li>So, we attempted to complete a Murph. \u00a0Doing 25% of each of the Murph&#8217;s exercises utilizing the playground equipment behind Whitaker and running ~.5 mile. \u00a0Got about 75%, or three rounds of it done. \u00a0We jumped right in &#8211; no Warm-a-rama &#8211; kinda a Flatline Murph. \u00a0Really fun.<\/li>\n<li>Kinda discouraging when I heard Toe Tag did a Murph during the BRR and an Extra Credit Run at the end of the BRR.<\/li>\n<li>Couple exercise observations &#8211; gloves for pull-ups in the rain on metal bars would of been helpful. \u00a0The kids at Whitaker must be beasts, cause my hands could not wrap around some of the pull up bars or maybe I have a bad case of Trump hands, whatever (Therapy). \u00a0Most of the time the nicest guys at F3 are the exercise animals, I used to struggle not to hate them, but I don&#8217;t struggle anymore.<\/li>\n<li>CoT &#8211; New year, start the Benjamin &#8211; 100 merkins a day for a year to look like #The Closer &#8212; Closer has the Q for OGs &#8212; Sam &amp; Eggs fundraiser for Samaritan&#8217;s Inn on 9\/28, see Cherry Pie or Pony Express &#8212; Van Gogh needs Q&#8217;s for IS &#8212; Rice family, Dr. Billy Rice&#8217;s mom died unexpectedly &#8212; our country<\/li>\n<li>Moleskin &#8211; There must be something in the water Plunger drinks &#8211; all I ever saw was his back getting smaller. Cherry Pie is the guy work out videos use to demonstrate exercises, &#8220;Young Tony Horton&#8221;. Roosevelt and Root Canal were off and running really strong.
