The execution? Absolutely brutal.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"731\"><strong data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"528\">Mission:<\/strong> Transport every object from the bottom of \u201cThe Hill to Nowhere\u201d to the top\u2026 and then back down again. No shortcuts. No skips. Every item had to make the full round trip and return to its original place.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"736\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"760\"><strong data-start=\"742\" data-end=\"760\">How It Worked:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"1067\">\n<li data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"864\">\n<p data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"864\"><strong data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"773\">PAX 1<\/strong> grabbed an object and carried it as far up the hill as possible. Once gassed, he ran back.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"943\">\n<p data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"943\"><strong data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"876\">PAX 2<\/strong> followed, grabbing the next closest object and pushing it farther.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1067\">\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1067\">This leapfrog of sweat and suffering continued until every last object returned to the starting point safely.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1264\">While waiting their turn, PAX kept the tempo with <strong data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1141\">Side-Straddle Hops<\/strong> performed with robotic precision. Estimates suggest each HIM knocked out between <strong data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1248\">6,000 and 60,000 SSHs<\/strong> (give or take).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1269\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1300\"><strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1300\">The Tools of Torment:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1392\">Each object had a prescribed method of transport \u2014 all of which would make a sadist smile:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1709\">\n<li data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"1438\">\n<p data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1438\"><strong data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1418\">Small cinder block<\/strong> \u2013 Bear crawl + push<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1439\" data-end=\"1481\">\n<p data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1481\"><strong data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1466\">Standard cinder block<\/strong> \u2013 Murder bunny<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1525\">\n<p data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1525\"><strong data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1511\">Big Bertha cinder block<\/strong> \u2013 Rifle carry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1526\" data-end=\"1562\">\n<p data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1562\"><strong data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1550\">5-gallon water jug<\/strong> \u2013 Hug-a-jug<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1600\">\n<p data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1600\"><strong data-start=\"1565\" data-end=\"1583\">60 lb dumbbell<\/strong> \u2013 Suitcase carry<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1642\">\n<p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1642\"><strong data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1629\">Lunge stick (4&#215;4 post)<\/strong> \u2013 Lunge walk<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1709\">\n<p data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1709\"><strong data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1663\">The Duck Stick<\/strong> (post with concrete base) \u2013 Carry and shuffle<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1714\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1735\"><strong data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1735\">Final Word:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1895\">No man (or object) was left behind.<br data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1775\" \/>What started as a simple plan turned into a gritty, grind-it-out mission of strength, teamwork, and sheer determination.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1895\">This one was personal to me as I dedicated this to the memory of Captain T.\u00a0 He was a good man that wrestled with demons that took him from this earth too soon.\u00a0 Check in with your brothers today (F3 and those not in F3 alike).\u00a0 Someone may be in a fight you know nothing about and needs to be reminded that they are loved and that they have value.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1936\"><strong data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1936\">Strong work, men.
