20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, each exercise x 5 sets, mosey around upper parking lot after each\u00a0set of two exercises<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overhead Press and Chest Press<\/li>\n<li>Butterfly and Squat<\/li>\n<li>Curls (for the girls) and Skull Crusher<\/li>\n<li>Iversons and Split\/Side Squat<\/li>\n<li>Shoulder Press (each arm) and Curls (for more girls)<\/li>\n<li><del>Skull Crusher and Squats<\/del><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mary &#8211; surround sound MC.\u00a0 #dolby<\/li>\n<li>Hoptoberfest had the decency to quietly offer suggestions to the musical challenges YHC faced today.\u00a0 #respect<\/li>\n<li>Singing Cowboy was a true gentlemen, stayed\u00a0quiet or at least did not hear his MC<\/li>\n<li>Sgt Schultz was ready to settle for Rush; his opinion of music was very clear<\/li>\n<li>MC decreased as workout progressed, will take that as measure of sufficiency<\/li>\n<li>Naming Peg Leg was long, slow, uninspired process until Wink and Zuck dug deep into fact about selling orthopedic joint replacements, knees and other stuff, boom &#8211;
