SSHs, Abe Vigodas, Whirlies, Cherry Pies, Copperhead Squats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>The Thang:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Catch Me If you Can<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part 1: Start with partner A slow moseying (Palin needs help here) while partner B (and C, if applicable) performs squats x 10.\u00a0 B chases A and flip flop.\u00a0 Repeato 9 more times so each partner completes 100 squats.<\/li>\n<li>Part 2: Partner A performs merkins x 10 (or 20) while partner B runs 100m and back (200m).\u00a0 Repeato 9 times so each partner completes merkins x 100 (or 200).<\/li>\n<li>Part 3: Partner A slow moseys while partner B performs LBCs x 15.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That left time for 7 minutes of Mary:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>American Hammers (Greenspan)<\/li>\n<li>Box Cutters (Palin)<\/li>\n<li>Something Obscene (Schlitz)<\/li>\n<li>Penguin Crunch (Zesty)<\/li>\n<li>Low Flutters (Madoff)<\/li>\n<li>Heels to Heaven (Greenspan)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Announcements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tammy has UA Q on Friday!<\/li>\n<li>Reminder of the emergency contact Google Sheet (<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1z8sBhHcMcyjutMGR_Nls4aPBcTQ8KgebiJw-9Wpzvc4\/edit?gid=0#gid=0\">https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1z8sBhHcMcyjutMGR_Nls4aPBcTQ8KgebiJw-9Wpzvc4\/edit?gid=0#gid=0<\/a>). Please populate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Prayer Requests:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foot injuries for both Frostbite and Wobegon.<\/li>\n<li>Van Gogh\u2019s M\u2019s mother and family.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>YHC prayed us out.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>NMM:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There was supposed to be an EC run at 0500, but the overnight storms resulted in Palin whining about running in the rain via text at 0419. Thus, YHC called a rain check on the EC.\u00a0 However, knowing that Madoff had probably already started his trek from Georgia to Conspiracy, YHC went on to the park.\u00a0 The two of us got in just over 2 miles, including an inspection of the track for flooding.\u00a0 Schlitz felt betrayed.<\/li>\n<li>Peters Creek was running today. So too were the pax.\u00a0 Some of us left our running shoes at home due to the rain and puddles; Zesty said he always brings his running shoes to a Greenspan Q.\u00a0 Great seeing you back out, Father.<\/li>\n<li>YHC was, IMO, merciful to the pax, mixing up the order of the Dora so that we didn\u2019t begin the beatdown with our hands in puddles. Palin:\u00a0 \u201cYou know where else I wouldn\u2019t be in puddles?\u00a0 The bed.\u00a0 And one more?\u00a0 Under the shelter.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Story of the day: Schlitz once gave a bottle of wine to a woman who dropped her Yeti Tumbler in his driveway on her way to a pool meet.\u00a0 What variety was the bottle?\u00a0 Pinot Grigio, pronounced by Schlitz as \u201cPee Not Gregio!\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>We got in 2.5 miles despite the deluge and remaining puddles.
