Thang<\/strong><\/p>\n Quick warmarama with SSH, IW, Abe Vigoda, Squats, OH claps, then partner up. \u00a0Cobains to Red Eye and Burlap who got stuck with me as the third wheel.<\/p>\n Group mosey over to Middle School entrance. \u00a0First set of exercises completed together, then the adventure begins.<\/p>\n Each team received a sheet with choices on where to go. \u00a0Group 1 started from the Rock Pile, and Group 2 started from the top of the grassy hill. \u00a0After each location, partners could choose 1 of 2 locations to go next, and everyone had hit all 6 locations (including the middle school starting point) by the end.<\/p>\n Middle School Entrance<\/strong> – 25 irkins, 20 step-ups, 25 derkins, 25 wide merkins, 5 burpees<\/p>\n Rock Pile<\/strong> – 30 curls, 30 OH presses, 25 rock swings, 25 skull crushers, 5 burpees<\/p>\n Castaneda Court<\/strong> – 90 second people’s chair, 90 second BTTW, 20 donkey kicks, 20 Mike Tysons, 5 burpees<\/p>\n Behind Elementary School<\/strong> – 25 WWII sit-ups, 30 low dolly, 30 H2H, 30 Peter Parker, 5 burpees<\/p>\n Top of the Hill<\/strong> – 30 OH claps, 25 CDD, 25 Seal Claps, 30 arm swirly things, 5 burpees<\/p>\n Elementary School Entrance<\/strong> – 90 second plank, 30 sec side plank right, 30 sec side plank left, 60 sec 6 inches plank, 5 burpees<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Pax finished between 0610 and 0615 with all of the exercises.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n T-claps to the pax for participating in this first try at choose your own adventure. \u00a0It may or may not show up again down the road.<\/p>\n Plenty of “compliments” about the exercise choices. \u00a0Balco seemed particularly pleased.<\/p>\n Great to see THE Pony Express out. \u00a0Mayhem isn’t quite the same when he isn’t there.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" 9 Pax posted to see what in the world I was up to with a Choose Your Own Adventure theme at today’s workout. \u00a0It was more of an experiment than anything, but I think it worked out OK.
