No team cracked it, but some came uncomfortably close\u2014leading us to believe we may have actual mutants in F3 nation.<br data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"991\" \/>Also\u2026 chaos. The Q may or may not have explained the workout clearly, leading to a few PAX doing their own \u201cinterpretive Mythbusters.\u201d So who knows\u2014maybe the record <em data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1166\">was<\/em> breakable and we just botched it.<br data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1203\" \/>Either way: sweat, grunts, and one guy mumbling something about blacking out. Classic IronPAX.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1375\"><strong data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1346\">0800 \u2013 Run to Village Idiocy (Jerry Long Y)<\/strong><br data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1349\" \/>9 PAX headed out. Stops:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1513\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1376\" data-end=\"1399\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1378\" data-end=\"1399\">Linwood Rd: Burpees for the six<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1434\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1402\" data-end=\"1434\">Agape Church: Squats for the six<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1513\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1513\">Peace Haven\/Middlebrook: Merkins for the six<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1627\"><strong data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1532\">Dora at the Y<\/strong><br data-start=\"1532\" data-end=\"1535\" \/>100 merkins \/ 200 LBCs \/ 300 squats. There were few words the the others, just groans and a few threats of mutiny. Shared CSAUPs remind us that we can push past limits\u2014but only when we\u2019re not alone. I appreciate every single man in F3 and what they bring to this group.\u00a0<br data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2525\" \/>Prayer offered for strength in every part of life\u2014not just workouts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"2704\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2936\"><strong data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2936\">TClaps to the 9 who completed the whole thing. Respect to the HIM who showed up just in time for the finale. Also, TClaps to Jolly Rancher and White Claw who were there all morning.\u00a0 And maybe\u2026 just maybe\u2026 someone will one day beat that Mythbusters time.
