**I wrote this a couple weeks after the workout so other than praying for health for Lambo’s family and pregnancy, I don’t remember. #cobains for not capturing this sooner<\/p>\n

We had a nice mosey around the park, stopping under the newly built stadium to determine there isn’t a good pull-up location on the steel girders. Will have to look for other options…<\/p>\n
I always love working out at Hanes Park, the original workout location for F3 Winston Salem. Hope we can keep it going on Saturdays as a workout location.<\/p>\n
YHC was late by a minute or so but still there before Boo boo joined us.<\/p>\n
