Bear crawl one parking space, do 2 merkins on the line, and repeato all the way to the 1st island;<\/p>\n<p>2. Lunge walk one parking space, 2 squats on the line, repeato, to next island<\/p>\n<p>3. swap back and forth until get to playground end.<\/p>\n<p>Wosey to the brick wall and get in People&#8217;s Chair with Jack Reachers<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Stationary DORA<\/span><\/p>\n<p>At the playground we did Dora in place:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>partners get through 50 pullups: alternating 5 per partner<\/li>\n<li>100 merkins 10 per PAX then hold plank<\/li>\n<li>100 squats 10 per PAX then hold squat<\/li>\n<li>100 WW IIs: 10 per PAX then hold boat pose<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wosey back to the brick wall for People&#8217;s Chair, Jack Reachers, and Balls to the Wall.<\/p>\n<p>Wosey back to start for BROGA<\/p>\n<p>Broga:<\/p>\n<p>Got in a few Sun salutation-ish yoga posture flows with some merkins thrown in.\u00a0 After hitting both sides, tried a little bit of balance poses because why not?!<\/p>\n<p>Mary included Something from each PAX including Huck merkins called by Green Acres.\u00a0 #Strong<\/p>\n<p>COT: Announcements and Prayer requests were made.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Moleskin<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great to see Argyle!\u00a0 It&#8217;s been a minute, which has more to do with my infrequence of the Speas AO than anything else.<\/li>\n<li>Ziggy was great partner for DORA.<\/li>\n<li>When Green Acres asks you to Q, you step up.
