A couple of months ago I got asked by Mutton to Q Impossible Situation (IS).\u00a0 This is what we call the \u201cMother-Ship\u201d since years ago before I joined F3 this from what I understand was the first AO. \u00a0Up until recently this one had been a weekly thing but attendance has fallen to where it is now the first of the month.\u00a0 That being said, we have one thing that most AO\u2019s do not have and that is a track.\u00a0 So me being \u201cnot\u00a0 a runner\u201d, I decided to bring back \u201c The Toughest Mile\u201d.<\/p>\n
I first rolled this out at Alcatraz last year and I knew it was going to be popularly \u201cTurrible\u201d with the Bootcamp PAX.\u00a0 This one did not disappoint either.<\/p>\n
Here is the rundown \u2013 you need a solid hour.<\/p>\n
That is it.\u00a0 Simple and effective and \u201cTurrible\u201d.<\/p>\n

Everyone finished.\u00a0 Spicoli was a little late because he tweaked his leg with the Murph prior.\u00a0 Still super solid.\u00a0 Van Gogh was ahead of the pack and had time to do some Yoga ahead of the PAX.\u00a0 Hitchcock and Rachel Ray showed up ready to go.\u00a0 I don\u2019t think they knew what to expect but still killed it.\u00a0 Mutton, Drip, Brown Bag and YHC tried to keep a steady but firm pace.\u00a0 This workout is as much mental as it is physical.<\/p>\n
That being said, this morning I can feel every muscle in my back and shoulders.\u00a0 YHC will be resting today for sure.<\/p>\n
All in all, this was a solid workout and good for the month of March.<\/p>\n
