Goode]<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Thang Part Two:\u00a0 Doc Brown 3-Man Grinders<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Triple up with two other pax.\u00a0 Pax 1 stays and performs AMRAP of called &#8220;D&#8221; exercise on the Lido Deck.\u00a0 Pax 2 and 3 run to other end of the lower parking lot horseshoe.\u00a0 Pax 2 stays and performs AMRAP of called &#8220;B&#8221; exercise there.\u00a0 Pax 3 returns to Lido Deck and relieves Pax 1&#8230;Pax 3 runs and relieves Pax 2&#8230;Pax 2 runs and relieves Pax 1.\u00a0 And so forth and so on until all pax have completed 2 cycles of each exercise in each round.<\/p>\n<p>Round 1:\u00a0 <strong>D<\/strong>ips and <strong>B<\/strong>urpees (#crowdpleaser)<\/p>\n<p>Round 2:\u00a0 <strong>D<\/strong>erkins (#crowdpleaser) and <strong>B<\/strong>ox Cutters<\/p>\n<p>Mosey to the Flux Capacitor aka the circle drive in front of the Rec Center.\u00a0 <em>[Flux Capacitor is what enabled the time travel assuming the DeLorean hit 88 miles per hour]<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Thang Part Three:\u00a0 William Still Dixon <em>[born in 1995]<\/em> Flux Capacitor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the triangle formed by the point where the sidewalk meets the curb (<strong>W<\/strong> station), the point at the other end of the circle drive (<strong>S<\/strong> station), and the point in the parking lot parallel to the first point (<strong>D<\/strong> station), pax perform 11 reps of the called exercise and then run to the next point.\u00a0 Repeat 4 full cycles to hit 88 reps of each letter in total.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>W<\/strong>ide Merkins x11 x4 = 44<\/li>\n<li><strong>S<\/strong>quats x11 x4 = 44<\/li>\n<li><strong>D<\/strong>ying Cockroach x11 X4 = 44<\/li>\n<li><strong>W<\/strong>WIIs x11 x4 = 44<\/li>\n<li><strong>S<\/strong>ide Lunges x11 x4 = 44<\/li>\n<li><strong>D<\/strong>iamond Merkins x11 x4 = 44<\/li>\n<li><strong>W<\/strong> total = 88<\/li>\n<li><strong>S<\/strong> total = 88<\/li>\n<li><strong>D<\/strong> total = 88<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2 MOM<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LBCs x15 IC<\/li>\n<li>Low Dolly x15 IC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey back up Hill Valley to VSF.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COT\/BOM:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>YHC took us out<\/p>\n<p><strong>FIN.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>NMM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>@Superfly was kind enough to bring hand warmers for all pax.\u00a0 Which was particularly helpful due to it being 19 degrees out.\u00a0 Fortunately @PonyExpress thought it was 20 degrees or else he may not have posted (#Threshold).<\/p>\n<p>@Bloodsport was looking for cowboys and indians but that doesn&#8217;t happen until Back To The Future Part III.<\/p>\n<p>@Wobegon did an excellent job with #NameThatBand.\u00a0 Except for Pulp which YHC thought would be a stumper.\u00a0 (@Lemming correctly guessed that one and @Closer correctly named the song).\u00a0 @NantanEmeritus was less successful with Wilco which was actually quite shocking given that he is a fan of Jeff Tweedy and the boys.\u00a0 But not a fan of their first album, A.M..\u00a0 He rebounded and correctly named Son Volt on the next tune in the playlist.\u00a0 (Uncle Tupelo fractured into Wilco and Son Volt&#8230;.#AltCountryHistory).\u00a0 [@Wobegon&#8217;s homework is to listen to Wilco&#8217;s entire discography today.\u00a0 (Well, maybe not the 9-disc special edition release of &#8220;A Ghost Is Born&#8221;.]\u00a0 @Frostbite aka YHC&#8217;s 2.3, then followed with correctly naming the Old 97s.\u00a0 #RaisedHimRight<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of @Frostbite, he outed YHC for poor parenting by claiming that he had never seen Back To The Future.\u00a0 #ParentingFail #MaybeDidntRaiseHimRightAfterAll.\u00a0 We added asking for forgiveness for poor parenting to the list of prayer requests.\u00a0 #AndHonoringYourFather.<\/p>\n<p>@Goofy was not happy with the amount of running.\u00a0 Nor was @GreenAcres.\u00a0 #Cobains.<\/p>\n<p>@HotDish will always be @CodFish to YHC.<\/p>\n<p>@Bluto correctly named Hum.\u00a0 #MostUnderratedBandOfThe1990s.\u00a0 @Wobegon got that one right too.<\/p>\n<p>@TheSingingCowboy was seen sprinting through portions of the workout.\u00a0 #StrongWork #NoHamstringsPulled<\/p>\n<p>@Closer, @D-Day and @GreenAcres all RIRO-ed\/WIRO-ed<\/p>\n<p>@Boomerang thinks fixing America&#8217;s health care system should be pretty easy.\u00a0 #BoomerangForPresident2028.\u00a0 He would bring youthful vigor back to the office.<\/p>\n<p>@Burlap continues to be tight-lipped surrounding details of the First Pres PNC.\u00a0 See if you can get him to break.<\/p>\n<p>Fellow #Tarheel @DramaQueen has put his name in the hat to succeed Hubert.\u00a0 He would bring seasoned experience back to the office.<\/p>\n<p>@LambChop shared an awesome praise during COT:\u00a0 the pregnancy is viable!\u00a0 Praise and prayer for next steps were lifted.<\/p>\n<p>YHC appreciates @GreenAcres&#8217; and @Superfly&#8217;s concern over the nasty blown out blood vessel in YHC&#8217;s right eye.\u00a0 It didn&#8217;t rupture today but YHC is blaming @Lace from this week&#8217;s #BellsNWhistles workout where we lifted weights with no break for 45 straight minutes (#TruthNugget)<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;
