0530 \u2013 Warm o Rama \u2013 SSH, Abe V, Imperial Walkers, Michael Phelps.\u00a0 Mosey to the main parking lot.\u00a0 Bagpipe comes flying in to make 7 pax \u2013 I think he came from the gym so he didn\u2019t need to warm up.<\/p>\n
The Thang \u2013 turn the parking lot into a figure 8 with a single well marked, easy to identify orange cone to mark the center.\u00a0 Every time you pass it, 6 burpees. The parking lot at the bottom of the 8 had some trash, therefore we did hoovers (bear crawl to crawl bear in the parking spaces \u2013 if you have never done these, they are like bear crawling a DB drill.\u00a0 If you have never done a DB drill\u2026\u2026well you could play for the Panthers since they haven\u2019t either). The top of the 8 had 4 stops \u2013 prisoner get ups, irkins, derkins, and iron mikes.\u00a0 Start with 1 rep and increase by 1 each lap.\u00a0 12 burpees per lap.\u00a0 That was it \u2013 just go.\u00a0 But Huck\u2026.didn\u2019t you say something about a new exercise??? Yep\u2026.hold on, be patient\u2026it\u2019s coming.<\/p>\n
During lap one\u2026.Ludicrous showed up and joined the party to make 8 pax.<\/p>\n
Somewhere around lap 3, Greenspans watch started making an emergency noise during the Hoovers.\u00a0 He stated something around \u201cI\u2019m dying\u201d and \u201cHe\u2019s trying to kill us\u201d.\u00a0 Turns out Apple watches don\u2019t speak sarcasm\u2026..so it called 911.\u00a0 Greenspan then had to spend the next few minutes convincing the 911 operator that he was fine and I was not actually trying to harm him. On the next lap Ludicrous stopped in the Hoovers with an injury to his shoulder. On lap 4, Drips car alarm starts to go off on the other side of the parking lot.\u00a0 \u201cDrip\u2026..ummm\u2026 that\u2019s your car alarm\u201d.\u00a0 Drip \u2013 \u201cMy wallet is in there! Well, we are in a church parking lot so I am sure it is fine\u201d.\u00a0 We all figured that the police were already on the way after Greenspans 911 call so no one went to investigate. \u00a0As we were finishing lap 6, Van Gogh and Greenspan decided to race\/sprint.\u00a0 VG, coming off an illness \u2013 coughing \u2013 shallow breathing \u2013 and dehydrated throughout the workout, decided to lay down on the curb.\u00a0 When he went to get up (feet on the road, laying on the curb), a new exercise was born.\u00a0 We finished the lap and it was 610 so we all gathered for 10 reps of the new exercise (yet to be named).<\/p>\n

It was quite the morning.<\/p>\n
VG was fighting off the illness all morning and took off a layer of clothes each lap.\u00a0 After 7 laps\u2026he still had clothes on<\/p>\n
Bagpipe did work \u2013 no complaints, just pushing everyone around him to be better<\/p>\n
Pollster\u2026..well\u2026..didn\u2019t see him much. He was way out in front and after the 911 call issue, we couldn\u2019t catch up.<\/p>\n
Ludicrous was hurt, but he didn\u2019t stop.\u00a0 Just modified and kept on going.<\/p>\n
Greenspan was thankful for the grass to do prisoner get ups \u2013 what a kind Q.<\/p>\n
