I had answered the call from Rubber Ducky for a Q at The Iron Throne a spot that YHC rarely posts at and had never Qed.\u00a0 No time like the present.<\/p>\n
Rubber Ducky had mentioned more than once his new blocks and their impenetrable locking system.\u00a0 YHC did some recon Sun evening and a plan was developed of course incorporating the blocks. Upon arrival RD was there and announced the blocks were ready to go.\u00a0 Another car was on site and he said Schlitz was getting in a EC run.\u00a0 RD being the gracious AO host even cranked up some tunes. Other pax rolled in and we were off.<\/p>\n
Pretty standard warmorama with a little unexpected yoga and of course dry dock crabs to finish.\u00a0 Most got to 6 – some did not.<\/p>\n
We then moseyed to blocks, but with a couple of walking wounded in attendance (Dr Toot and Tonka) the group split and some took the long route to blocks and others the short cut.<\/p>\n
Then we learned why Rubber Ducky is so proud of these blocks – they are the heaviest in the Dash.\u00a0 Routine was curls, bus drivers (crowd pleaser), bent over rows, bench press and elf on shelf\/tater sacks (other crowd pleaser) Pax begrudgingly did 2 rounds – YHC had meant to spend a little more time here but that was plenty.<\/p>\n
On to swings where the rarely performed swerkin was announced.\u00a0 Pax split and while one pax did merkins with feet up on swing other pax ran to playground for 5 pull ups. Flap jack for 2 rounds.<\/p>\n
Time was moving pretty quickly so on to the hill and we modified 11s to 7s and did jump squats at the top and WWIIs at the bottom.\u00a0 Probably had time for 11s but that extra time allowed for a couple of rounds of Sumo Drill in parking spaces near dumpsters.<\/p>\n
Moseyed back to launch for Mary and we’re done.<\/p>\n

Tonka and Dr. Toot are working hard to get back to full speed. Ironically they were War Baby and War Daddy respectively.<\/p>\n
Overall good mix of ages with 3 double respects.\u00a0 Iron Throne pushing Purgatory for the #oldmanAO<\/p>\n
Schlitz with the aforementioned EC run. YHC thought he had companionship and when asked who was with him his reply was “Jesus” #alwaysfasterthatway<\/p>\n
Rubber Ducky and Zesty were paired in Sumo Drill – RD was overheard to say “Preacher is tough”<\/p>\n
Did I mention the blocks are heavy<\/p>\n
