YHC volunteered yesterday to Q this morning’s Flatline, largely because I did not want to get drenched outside.\u00a0 Hence, a covered parking deck version of Deck of Despair was born.\u00a0 Sadly, YHC does not own a deck of cards, despite having been to Las Vegas double digit times.\u00a0 Closer saved the day by bringing a deck.<\/p>\n
Above please see the (small photo of my) plan.\u00a0 All PAX likely have done the Deck of Despair.\u00a0 There were a few wrinkles however:<\/p>\n
There were 5 rounds, each lasting about 8 minutes, in an effort to vary the exercises.<\/p>\n
The 2 Jokers were left in the deck.\u00a0 Each Joker pulled meant 20 Burpees.\u00a0 #crowdpleaser<\/p>\n
We sort of took turns drawing cards.\u00a0 In the spirit of Flatline, there was a “rest” exercise for each round and they were SSH, Plank, Al Gore, 6 Inches and Imperial Storm Trooper.\u00a0 Thus, while waiting for all PAX to finish and\/or one to draw a card, the “rest” move was done.<\/p>\n
In sum, with the Clubs, approximately 2.75 miles\u00a0were covered and all muscle groups worked.<\/p>\n

MC:\u00a0 Closer excels at Broad Jumps and Zuckerberg Power Skips.\u00a0 #littleknownfact<\/p>\n
Balco ran 28 miles over the weekend and still has flatulence.<\/p>\n
Lite Brite is a beast after having run the BRR, playing tennis Sunday and probably posting yesterday.<\/p>\n
Zima is strong.<\/p>\n
Beverly was refreshed, though he ran about 45 minutes this weekend to my 3 hours.<\/p>\n
