Run forward two parking places, merkins x 2, run backwards to start.\u00a0 Continue until <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through\">completion of all 22 parking places<\/span> the Q is exhausted.<\/li>\n<li>Third, defensive back drills, left to right.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, the main event: Partner up for the WASH workout.\u00a0 Partner A runs to top of the hill and back, partner B performs called exercise AMRAP.\n<ul>\n<li>Wide Merkins<\/li>\n<li>American Hammers<\/li>\n<li>Squats<\/li>\n<li>Hip Thrusters, aka Glute Bridges aka Alabama Prom Dates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Short on time, we hustled back to launch for 3 minutes of Mary.<\/p>\n<p>Time.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Announcements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bagpipe\u2019s VQ is at WIB on Thursday. See Slack for location.<\/li>\n<li>Impossible Situation is moving to a once-monthly format. The AO will convene the first Saturday of each month and any other time during a month that someone calls for a Saturday beatdown at Hanes Park.\u00a0 The goal is to increase attendance and eventually get back on a monthly cadence.<\/li>\n<li>Frost Bite has High Life Q next Tuesday. YHC\u2019s family spent a lot of time down there when the kids were younger as it has a great playground and a huge parking lot learning to ride your bike.\u00a0 YHC anticipates his oldest 2.0 learning to drive in that parking lot in the next year.\u00a0 Time flies.<\/li>\n<li>Zima showed up for his second workout of the day with a 50 lb weight vest. He then proceeded to lead the charges throughout the workout.\u00a0 He was only mildly annoyed (for Zima) that we warmed up our arms before taking off.<\/li>\n<li>Frost Bite, however, was demonstrative that YHC was wasting his time. \u201cSo, we\u2019re 10 minutes in and have\u2026.warmed up and run a long ways.\u00a0 It\u2019ll take us at least 10 minutes to get back.\u00a0 What are we doing here, and when does the workout start?\u201d\u00a0 Frostbite was also curious where YHC\u2019s 2.0, Bravo, was.\u00a0 \u201cEating chili.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Bravo did join us for a few minutes, riding down to the church on his electric scooter after finishing dinner and evaluating our merkin form; he couldn\u2019t have been impressed with what he found, several grown men groaning on asphalt. He also gave us some verbal encouragement from the front porch as we moseyed in front of YHC\u2019s abode on the way back to launch.<\/li>\n<li>YHC gave up on the parking space merkins at #17. Zima, however, kept going and was irked that we didn\u2019t complete the task.<\/li>\n<li>Great to have Mutton out, but first time seeing him driving the SUV. Frost Bite informed YHC that he drives it frequently.<\/li>\n<li>Hot Dish was a man, pushing himself on the parking space merkin portion and accelerating on the run back to launch.<\/li>\n<li>Ludikrous made us old guys look silly, cruising through the workout.
