YHC grabbed the keys to #RNG and wanted to mix up the routes a bit. YHC initially looked at Leinbach Park (RIP) but couldn’t find a route that didn’t require going on Robinhood or Peacehaven. With safety first, YHC pivoted to Messiah Moravian.<\/p>\n
The downside to this location? I can’t see any! Great-sized parking lot, neighborhood roads, and central location!<\/p>\n
YHC sent out the #preblast and the HC’s shortly followed.\u00a0 5 HCs and all 5 were present! #ISI<\/p>\n
9 others joined in on the fun and enjoyed the beautiful leisurely stroll through Old Sherwood.<\/p>\n

For the Gun portion we did tabata style. 20 seconds on. 10 seconds off. 8 rounds per cycle (4 rounds of each exercise). Eclectic Music to support.<\/p>\n

@Burlap: “Are you familiar with the initials “DW?” I respond “No,” Burlap: “xxxWhore” — I am forgetting what the D stands for…Thanks? Supposedly this acronym was donned by @Winklevoss and @Mongoose for Q’s with too many hills and too many turns…<\/p>\n

By my count, there were 10 turns and +\/- 225 feet gained. I don’t get all the #MC<\/strong><\/p>\n During the gun portion, I had the tunes going and we were hitting a good stride.\u00a0 Little did I know, my M was feeling a little frisky and changed the song to Gwen Stefani’s Hollaback Girl.
