4 brave PAX joined YHC for Parliament.\u00a0 Temp in the low teens before we got started, but we all quickly forgot about the cold as we got into the beatdown.<\/p>\n
It went like this:<\/p>\n
4 Corners<\/p>\n
Corner 1: 20 hand release merkins, then reverse bear crawl to<\/p>\n
Corner 2: 20 hillbillies, then bear crawl to<\/p>\n
Corner 3: 20 Mike Tysons, then lunge walk to<\/p>\n
Corner 4: 20 squats, then reverse lunge walk back to corner 1<\/p>\n
We did that\u00a0 twice.<\/p>\n
Then on to partner Dora:<\/p>\n
100 x Nolan Ryans<\/p>\n
200 x mountain climbers<\/p>\n
300 x WWII’s<\/p>\n
Partner A did the exercise, while partner B slow-moseyed (we don’t run at Parliament). But the slow mosey distance was not nearly far enough because both partners did 5 burpees on every swap. That little add on takes partner Dora to a whole other level!<\/p>\n
I tried to get in a minute of Mary at the end, but Ziggy Stardust said it was not a minute, but only 8 seconds. So Time!<\/p>\n
