To be honest, I think this was only my 3rd time out that way. @Madoff put the EH on me a few months ago when he was filling out the Q Calendar and supposedly when @Madoff buys you bourbon, you are actually in debt to him. So, that is how I got the keys on this brisk morn.<\/p>\n<p>5 other #PAX joined in on the tomfoolery and got after it this AM<\/p>\n<p>YHC&#8217;s weinke was too big last Thursday at #TRQ so YHC recycled some of the portion we did not get to and here is how it went:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Warmarama<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>SSH &#8211; 20 x IC<\/p>\n<p>IST &#8211; 10 x IC<\/p>\n<p>Whirleys &#8211; 10 x IC<\/p>\n<p>Copperhead Squats &#8211; 10 x IC<\/p>\n<p>Abe Vigoda &#8211; 10 x IC<\/p>\n<p>Arm Swirlys &#8211; 10 x IC<\/p>\n<p>Seal Claps &#8211; 10 x IC<\/p>\n<p>OH Claps &#8211; 10 x IC<\/p>\n<p>Enough of that &#8211; let&#8217;s get moving!<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>The Thang 1:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Partner up. Partner A to run clockwise around the parking lot. Partner B to run counter clockwise around the parking lot. I think we landed on 220.<\/p>\n<p>No we did not count in Spanish during the Rosalita&#8217;s&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Calculators were not used or harm during this workout<\/p>\n<p>MC was great. Be on the look out for an official F3 Krispy Kreme\u00a0<em>half\u00a0<\/em>run sometime. Sponsored by @Blind Date and his cooler of beer.<\/p>\n<p>@Adobe is always the one whom drives because @Cruiser doesn&#8217;t know how<\/p>\n<p>@Blind Date has not seen @TO since he brought him out&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>@Blind Date introduced himself to me as @Frostbite much to my surprise.. turns out he was just looking for that guy! Great to meet you this AM!<\/p>\n<p>Having an even number of #PAX results in an odd pair of partners. At least today it did.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Announcements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>F3 Happy Hour tonight at 5:30pm! Playground in Clemmons<\/p>\n<p>Samaritan Ministries is full for Monday but see @Drip &amp; @Greenspan to get signed up for future months! 3rd Monday 5pm-7:30pm.
