Would anybody come out from their homes to run? Would the PAX be iced in their driveways? YHC ran in down Polo Rd and the sidewalks were questionable at best. Thanks to the WFU crew that cleared the snow and made the roads and sidewalks choice for running.<\/p>\n<p>Juice Box, Woodpecker and YHC gathered in the parking lot and thought it might just be the three of us. BAM sauntered up to make it 4. As we got ready to leave early, &#8216;Bout Time and Bueller rolled in. A brave 6 PAX ran through the mostly cleared roads. Some PAX took the snowy road past Wobegon&#8217;s house.<\/p>\n<p>We gathered in the parking lot for 15 minutes of Tabata while listening to a Classic Rock Workout playlist.<br \/>\nMerkins and Squats<br \/>\nLow Dolly and (something, but my memory is failing me)<br \/>\nSide Lunge and Seal Claps<br \/>\nLBC and Freddy Mercury<\/p>\n<p>Closed with COT<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lots of talk about the fun in the snow by kids and PAX alike.
