Well\u2026.Backblasts do technically<\/em> happen after<\/em> a workout, right?<\/p>\n

Better late than never?<\/p>\n

It snowed in NC this weekend?<\/p>\n

All excuses, I know. But, I\u2019m gonna stick with option 2\u2026. ( Better Late Than Never ).<\/p>\n

So here we go\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It was time to bring some Adobe shenanigans back to Distillery, but what could we do?<\/p>\n

Time to break out the old Exicon!<\/p>\n

Huh\u2026whats that? I\u2019ve done an Indian Run before. I\u2019ve done 11\u2019s before.<\/p>\n

But I have never done Indian Run 11\u2019s ! Let\u2019s give it a go, but with a twist.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Warm-O-RAMA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Usual suspects here.<\/p>\n

SSH, Merkins, Whirly, Arms galore..<\/p>\n

Honestly\u2026it was cold. I probably forget exactly what we did by about 6:20 that morning.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The THANG:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To keep us warm, I wanted to do something that would keep us moving. And we definitely had to get some awesome tunes cracking to get us going. Beastie Boys to the rescue.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

PAX started at the top of the parking lot and were given proper instructions.<\/p>\n

At Station 1\u2026we do 10 Up-Downs ( Yes\u2026I said 10 not 11, and yes, more Up Downs this week. )<\/p>\n

Once complete, mosey around the lot to Station 2.<\/p>\n

At Station 2, do 10 Star Jacks. Then back to Station 1.<\/p>\n

We would continue to decline in the number of reps at each station. ( 10 \u2013 10, 9-9, 8-8, etc.. )<\/p>\n

This took some time, but these guys knocked it out of the park\u2026.errr, Lot.<\/p>\n

So time to go over to the benches.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We did some Dips, Irkins, Derkins,,,,in rotation until we were all out of breath.<\/p>\n

Just in time for some\u2026<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

MARY:<\/strong><\/p>\n

LBFC ( another friendly find from the Exicon ).. Like the LBC, but with a flutter kick the entire time instead of legs up in the air. Big favorite here! Then, Typewriter ( thank you Drip ), then\u2026yeah, nothing else. That was time.<\/p>\n

COT:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lots of opportunities to server going on ( check Slack ).<\/p>\n

Samaritan\u2019s dinner, GreeNest, Adopt A Street.<\/p>\n

\nHoly cow it was cold this morning.
\nIt was an honor to lead these fine PAX this morning.<\/p>\n

We were discussing what the title of this workout \u201cshould be\u201d, so I think Guardian Run stuck?<\/p>\n

Great to see Blind Date out again; dude is crushing it. Cruiser and Madoff may have both broken a single drop of sweat. YHC was wondering why he keeps calling running routines for workouts? Makes us better, right?<\/p>\n
