It was a special day at Mayhem as we got to celebrate one of our favorite Mayhem regulars – Zima.\u00a0 Unfortunately, he had his boys with him this week, so he was not going to be able to get out and see his only friends on his birthday.\u00a0 YHC was the Q and knew he had to do something about that so we packed up our weinke, headlamps, and mosied over to The Speak Easy (AKA Zima’s backyard).<\/p>\n

Z<\/strong>ig Zag Hops – Crab Walk Back to Start<\/p>\n I<\/strong>nch Worm w\/ Merkin \u2013 4 Lunges – Crab Walk Back to Start<\/p>\n M<\/strong>ountain Climber 2 Broad Jumps – Crab Walk Back to Start<\/p>\n A<\/strong>lternating Side Squats – Run Back to Start<\/p>\n 11\u2019s – Carolina Dry Docks and Burpee (without Merkin)<\/p>\n About half way through the beatdown we all contemplated seeing how many pax could fit in Zima’s hottub.\u00a0 The Q forgot how hard it is to crabwalk and had to keep moving the cones closer together.
