With the preblast being delayed, Rubber Ducky checked in to see if I needed help. Knowing that it was going to rain, I replied that I got it, I mean who wants to crawl through a puddle of water in the retention pond. I always have an ace up my sleeve, so I decided to pull out the good ole F3 playing cards.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-O-Rama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mission Statement \/ 5 Core Principles<\/p>\n<p>SSHs 28x<\/p>\n<p>Other time wasters<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Thang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mosey to some cover for the thang. YHC tells the Duck he has to do it outside of the cover, which he obliges for most of the beatdown.<\/p>\n<p>With a fully shuffled deck, we start. The first PAX draws a card. We do whatever the exercise is on it. The reps are as follows. Number cards are the number plus 10, Face 25, Ace 50, and Joker 100 and you pick the exercise. Luckily the cards were in our favor and we never pulled a joker.<\/p>\n<p>To throw a wrench in all this, when the 12 days of Christmas song came on, YHC announced that when it gets to 5 golden rings, pause what you\u2019re doing and do 5 burpees. And then repeat that every time it repeats. Van Gogh wisely said that we\u2019ll just be doing burpees then. He was right and so YHC quickly omaha\u2019d that when the song was about half over.<\/p>\n<p>Lots of various exercises including some sprints in the rain. 50 calf raises left me sore for a few days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>None<\/p>\n<p><strong>CoT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bagpipe\u2019s friend, Ceimorye, passed away.
