2 others joined me this AM on a ideal morning. Nothing like some mist in the air, 30 degree weather, and ice on the ground!<\/p>\n

YHC trekked west with a non-rain weinke and hoped for the best. Luckily, when I arrived, @Cruiser was there. @Inspector Gadget soon joined us and here is how our morning went:<\/p>\n

Warmarama:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

SSH – 20 x IC<\/p>\n

IST – 10 x IC<\/p>\n

Whirley’s – 10 x IC<\/p>\n

Abe Vigoda – 6 x IC<\/p>\n

Arm Swirleys (F\/R) – 10 x IC<\/p>\n

OH Clap – 10 x IC<\/p>\n

Seal Claps – 10 x IC<\/p>\n

Moroccan Night Clubs – 10 x IC<\/p>\n

The Thang:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

YHC misremembered how big the track was and with only 2 others, YHC immediately omaha’d from the original plan.<\/p>\n

We moseyed to the first corner. Partner 1 was to do an exercises while Partners 2\/3 were to run to next corner and back. Flapjack. No counting needed<\/p>\n

Exercises were:<\/p>\n

Jump Squats<\/p>\n

Merkins<\/p>\n

LBCs<\/p>\n

LT Dans<\/p>\n

Pull Ups<\/p>\n

American Hammers<\/p>\n

The Thang 2:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Mosey to each corner of track and do a burpee. Adding a burpee at each corner. We did 1 lap of this so got up to 4 burpees and YHC decided that we did indeed\u00a0not\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>need to unwind that.<\/p>\n

The Thang 3:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

7 layers of Dip at the shelter – 10 OYO<\/p>\n

  1. Dips x Low Flutter (DC)<\/li>\n
  2. Dips x Box Cutters<\/li>\n
  3. Dips x WW2s<\/li>\n
  4. Dips x Rosalitas<\/li>\n
  5. Dips x American Hammers<\/li>\n

  7. Dips x V Ups<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This was a good rain contingency plan, but it failed to actually rain.<\/p>\n

    The Thang 4:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Mosey back to the parking lot for 11s!<\/p>\n

    At one end of the parking lot do 1 exercise. Mosey to first planter and do 10 reps of different exercise. 2 x 9, 3 x 8, etc etc<\/p>\n

    @Inspector Gadget and I were yapping through this and soon we were out of time! No time for Mary.<\/p>\n

    NMM:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    @Cruiser had to phonetically spell out Abe Vigoda to his 2.0 who claimed that it is Abogoda (one word). We discussed what or who Abe is to no avail…<\/p>\n

    @Inspector Gadget does not like the new Wicked movie despite the popularity. “It’s like a mixture of High School Musical and Barbie.”\u00a0 Claims to like musicals, though. It was decided that the Greatest Showman has the best soundtrack.<\/p>\n
