per Bam 0.37 miles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thang &#8211; each Pax will pull a slip of paper from salad bowl and call exercise on paper, paper-puller will then do overhead press with 25lb KB provided by YHC; same 2nd round with curls for the girls while Pax did exercise; tabata 40 seconds on, 20 second rest and transition to the next Pax<\/p>\n<p>Not sure of order but the exercises were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Seal Clap<\/li>\n<li>Sun God F<\/li>\n<li>Wide Merkins<\/li>\n<li>Overhead Clap<\/li>\n<li>Crab Walk<\/li>\n<li>Merkin<\/li>\n<li>Sun God R<\/li>\n<li>Plankjack<\/li>\n<li>Plank Alternating Shoulder Tap<\/li>\n<li>Lunge<\/li>\n<li>Split Squat<\/li>\n<li>Running with Scissors<\/li>\n<li>Squat<\/li>\n<li>Fast Feet<\/li>\n<li>Donkey Kicks<\/li>\n<li>CDD<\/li>\n<li>Plank<\/li>\n<li>Hillbilly<\/li>\n<li>Rebound drills<\/li>\n<li>Bear Crawl<\/li>\n<li>Mountain Climber<\/li>\n<li>IST<\/li>\n<li>Diamond Merkins<\/li>\n<li>One more added to make numbers work, not sure what but something was done here.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mosey to bottom of hill in parking area, sprint to first speed bump and back to parking area, about 15-20 seconds rest, repeat x 5<\/p>\n<p>Mosey back to parking lot for Mary<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LBC<\/li>\n<li>Low Flutter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And scene.<\/p>\n<p>Announcements and prayer requests:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Please keep Swiss Miss and family in prayers, \u00a02.0 in hospital, challenge for family this past week<\/li>\n<li>Please keep 9\/11 heroes in your prayers.<\/li>\n<li>Please keep families and friends dealing with weather events in your prayers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>COT:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bam took us out, thankful for the opportunity to be better with our friends and families.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NMM:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>So, not 100% perfect plan as warmup and Thang overlapped a bit.\u00a0 Shoulder discomfort was felt by YHC and commented on by a number of Pax.\u00a0 Bam asked, &#8220;we are going to do something with our legs today, right?&#8221;\u00a0 Lifting arms to shower this morning was not the most pleasant experience, skipping hair washing was considered&#8230;just for a moment, hair washed this AM.<\/li>\n<li>YHC has Q at Bells and Whistles (B&amp;W) 9\/13<\/li>\n<li>Swiss Miss seems to be almost an HC for B&amp;W this week.\u00a0 His eyes lit up at the prospect of slinging some weight around.<\/li>\n<li>Rumor is a Mongoose sighting at B&amp;W is also a possibility.\u00a0 (obligatory mention) Once the horse and wagon are hitched just a short trip from\u00a0the\u00a0Farm\u00a0to Reagan, YHC thinks Mongoose and perhaps a hearty band of\u00a0Farm folk can make the harrowing 5.9 mile (per MapQuest) journey to Reagan High School.\u00a0 If travel is concern, Bluto&#8217;s house is close, Tuesday night stay is available.\u00a0 Thanks Bluto.<\/li>\n<li>Some comments about Pure Barre made this morning, concensus seemed to be none of us really know what is done in Pure Barre&#8230;except Snooki.<\/li>\n<li>Speaking of Snooki, form during one of the exercises seemed to involve what YHC can only imagine is one of the moves he learned while staring into the window at Pure Barre before security arrived.\u00a0 Focker and JarJar can confirm, not sure what Snooki was going for but he looked fabulous.<\/li>\n<li>Despite being in a circle, as crab walk started, Focker decided to veer off for the first few steps prompting\u00a0YHC to\u00a0ask\u00a0&#8220;dude, where you going?&#8221;\u00a0 Focker then rejoined the circle claiming the directions did not specifically indicate to go around in a circle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As always, thank you for the support and opportunity to lead this morning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Slight scheduling change gave YHC the opportunity to be the Q at the premiere\u00a09\/11\/17 workout that met at Reynolda Village for a bootcamp led by an Asian man.\u00a0 \u00a0 Let&#8217;s get going.
