An open WIB Q in December……yhc was all over it.\u00a0 And 5 pax gathered to celebrate.<\/p>\n
Warm o rama – I wasnt feeling it.\u00a0 needed to get to the beatdown.\u00a0 so to check the box we did:<\/p>\n
3 SSH, 3 IW, 2 Abe V.<\/p>\n
to make sure we were all warm….. 20 burpees<\/p>\n
Thang – on the hill to nowhere there were 8 presents placed ~15 yards apart going up the hill.<\/p>\n
a single station was at the opposite end of the parking lot.<\/p>\n
run to the cones on the hill to nowhere – but make sure to you stop at the entrance to the parking lot to look for cars (perform 3 burpees on each side of the entrance every time your crossed it).<\/p>\n
round 1 – crawl bear up hill to nowhere to present #1 then run back to the parking lot to perform exercises at the station\u00a0 – \u00a0perform 1 burpee, 2 Mike Tysons, 3 Merkins.\u00a0 \u00a0(make sure to stop and look for cars on the way back – 6 burpees total).<\/p>\n
round 2 – crawl bear up the hill to present #2 – run back to the parking lot to perform exercises at the station\u00a0 – \u00a0perform 2 burpees, 3 Mike Tysons, 4 Merkins.\u00a0 \u00a0(make sure to stop and look for cars on the way back – 6 burpees total).<\/p>\n
REPEATO till time.<\/p>\n
0615 – we circled up, counted off……and then Crash took over as Q for COT.\u00a0 Not sure why but he did a great job.\u00a0 YHC took us out.<\/p>\n
prayers for Root Canal and travel\/family relations over the holidays.<\/p>\n

oh what fun!\u00a0 each round had a minimum of 13 burpees and 15 yard uphill crawl bear and only went up from there.<\/p>\n
pax loved the warm o rama.\u00a0 no complaints<\/p>\n
strong group this morning almost made it to all 8 presents.<\/p>\n
Crash went through the boxes\/presents looking for an actual gift.\u00a0 there was none.\u00a0 Greenspan kicked one off the hill.<\/p>\n
Cones were on point this morning<\/p>\n
Lots of Zoolander comments this morning but none of our named pax were there to rep<\/p>\n
