mid-December.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>BEATDOWN.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Grinch doesn\u2019t do things the normal Christmas-y way, so we\u2019re going to reverse that holly jolly song.\u00a0 In The 12 Pains of Christmas, the order is: 12, then 12 + 11, the 12 + 11 + 10 etc.\u00a0 Here are the exercises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span as usual.\u00a0 A certain creepy mustachioed gentlemen who specifically requested the playlist apparently decided against posting (or maybe is still navigating around the detour on 421).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>NMM:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Q forgot to check the NCDOT travel advisory page before departing on his journey this morning.\u00a0 Since YHC does not leave the hermitage very often, venturing out in public is a rare occurrence so the closing of a big city highway exit caused a major disruption in travel time.\u00a0 Unfortunately, it caused his Qness to arrive well after acceptable Spicoli time.\u00a0 MAJOR apologies.\u00a0 The Q owns the mistake and accepts full responsibility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Do Slack Direct Message or text message HC\u2019s count as official?\u00a0 Just checking on how many burpees are owed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Another big Q fail was not properly explaining and\/or demonstrating the exercises.\u00a0 Many of the reindeer \u201cchose their own adventure\u201d when it came to interpreting how to perform an exercise.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Judging by the size of Lamb Chop\u2019s diamonds, his wife is a very lucky lady.\u00a0 I wonder if there\u2019s any correlation with the new HVAC system that I just had installed by Sutton Brothers?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">My guess is that Cruiser is trying to hit all of the Christmas-themed beatdowns this week.\u00a0 Preblast that it\u2019ll be difficult and have something to do with the holidays and he\u2019ll be there.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">VG will be granted a temporary name change for the day to Rudolph.\u00a0 When the Q did not arrive at the specified time, he jumped into action and led the reindeer on a foggy morning.\u00a0 Does reddish hair equate to a red nose?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Still nobody has entirely completed the beatdown!\u00a0 But Spicoli and Lamb Chop gave it their best shot this year.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know exactly how far they made it, but I know they were multiple full rounds ahead of the other reindeer.\u00a0 It was a valiant effort, young lads.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Did the Q mention that he\u2019s very very embarrassed at arriving late?\u00a0 UGH!<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It was a true joy to workout this morning with some of my buddies who I don\u2019t get to see very often anymore.\u00a0 I just wish we had more time for the 2nd F.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bevo\u2019s form is impeccable.\u00a0 We all need to take lessons.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span to endure the suckfest anyway.\u00a0 Well done.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As a surprise to even the Q, we had a 13th pain for this year\u2019s edition.\u00a0 Palin posted.\u00a0 And Palin did as Palin does \u2026 the motor kept grinding.\u00a0 Exercises?\u00a0 Oh, I have no idea about that.\u00a0 He just talked throughout the entire workout.\u00a0 He went on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">This backblast was not written by Greenspan.\u00a0 This backblast was not written by AI.\u00a0 But is Greenspan really an AI overlord.\u00a0 Here me out.\u00a0 You can prompt both of them to do what you want them to do (i.e. do 10 burpees).\u00a0 Neither of them ever get tired.\u00a0 You can make them do hard things and they are immediately ready for more.\u00a0 Plus, they both can have hallucinations (too soon?).\u00a0 Yup,
